Just chiming in to say FUCK CANADA POST. Ordered a package, set to be delivered a few days ago. Come the day of delivery, it gets Return To Sender'd, apparently for an "addressing error." The issue is that, according to Canada Post, the "sender," is listed as ePost Global, who initially handled the package from the States, to Leafland, and then passed it off to Canada Post. This doesn't seem like it should be an issue, except that this package requires COD, which, of course, ePost Global isn't going to pay for me. These bitch-ass flyer jockeys piss me off to no end. I've never had a single issue with any of the major, private shipping companies, just Canada Post.

I must've been pretty luck with Canada post because they never seemed to fuck me when I ordered foreign bills. But I do remember when I order stuff on Ebay, scammers would make up some bullshit that my package is in a storing area to make me think I would pay for it when in reality they're tying to steal my credentials.

There's a special place in hell for nigger cunts like them.

When I was a Kid, as part of the whole "teach kids about other cultures" schtick, my French Language teacher organized a school trip to Montreal and Quebec City where we could practice the language in the field, as it were. This was decades ago, and one of the things that I remember was that even then Stores and Resteraunts were perfectly happy to accept US Dollars Cash Money in lieu of Canuck Bucks.

This was before widespread credit and debit card adoption mind you. On my more recent trip though it was really eye opening just how badly the CAD has become devalued at the retail level. My USD backed Credit Card with free international conversion courtesy of based USAA was a fucking gold plated beast when it came time to pay for anything like a breakfast at Tim Hortons, or some toiletries we forgot.

This said to me that there is way more going on under the hood. The CAD is already weak to the USD, but its being kept afloat by high value shit like oil, minerals and property prices. When it comes time to buy a coffee at Tim Hortons though, oh boy. The USD makes the CAD price a joke when compared to an equivalent item on the other side of the border.

To put this in math terms, the average price of a regular black coffee at Timmies is 1.99 CAD. This is 1.39 in USD.

Go across the border into New York State, and the price is 2.96 USD at a US based Timmies. Or 4.27 CAD. That is an eye watering, fucking massive purchasing power differential.

Tim Horton is disgusting. Their coffee is shit. McDonald is superior and cheaper. (Not the meal. Meals are shit). Recently Tim's raised their prices again.

I just pay extra $1 and get a fucking star bucks where I see white faggots working.

Especially when you consider Tims was bought out by Burger King and switched the beans they use. Know who uses the beans that Tim's used to use that people liked so much? McDonalds.

At least when I order a hot chocolate at McDonalds instead of Timmies it takes them 5 minutes to get someone to work the machine while at Tim’s it takes to 30 seconds

The Conservatives are putting forth a motion of non-confidence on January 7th instead of waiting for Singh to fuck around for months on end. We’re at a projected 99% chance of a Conservative majority government, we’re likely looking at a late February/early March election where Trudeau will be ousted forever and we’ll have a Conservative leadership for the next decade.

Prior to the Christmas break that the government takes, the leader of the NDP (Basically, the third party that works in conjunction with the Liberals) said he would vote non-confidence in the government, triggering an election and removing Justin Trudeau from power. He back-peddled during the vote and refused to do so in an attempt to prolong his stay in the government until March, where he’ll get his pension. He’s essentially holding the country hostage until he can get his absurdly large pension and be set for his entire life. The Conservatives have motioned to parliament that he can suck many such dicks, he’s being dragged back in to do his fucking job and vote based on shit he’s said he’s going to do. When this happens, an election will be triggered and the Conservatives WILL win as the majority government. A majority government means they have over half the seats in parliament and they may pass whatever fucking laws they like, like banning HRT for kids, stopping all immigration, ejecting all the fucking pajeets back to their shit-stain country, fixing all the homosexual fag shit that Trudeau injected into everything, ect. All the good stuff the Conservative party has been planning to do for over a decade.

We're so fucking back boys.

Prorogation is all but assured at this point. We're on the verge of an Australian style constitutional crisis where the Governor General will probably have to step in and appoint Pierre as caretaker PM until new elections are held
