What really has to happen for Canada to change is either a sovereign debt crisis, or the suburbs getting shitty enough to make boomers think twice. But having experienced Canada's third world healthcare system I assumed boomers would be in meltdown mode over how shitty it is. Canada is basically "America bad" the country. It's the only identity we have here that wouldn't just have Canada be America or Bri ain lite.

I'd say a solid 90% of everything wrong in Canada is just non-white immigrants. The remaining 10% is white liberals and Quebec.
