Thinking about it, Canada fits the "14 characteristic of facsism" pretty well.
1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism: Of course, not in a traditional sense, but Canadians are super ultra-nationalist in how superior Canada is compared to other nations, especially the evil Amerikkkans. Canada is also proud of how much more "diverse and inclusive" we are compared to the USA or the EU. Fascist countries also implemented patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, etc, for example: eLBoWs uP, or "buy canadian" signs in super markets. They're also ultra-nationalist when it comes to the liberal party.
2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights: Hatred towards white Canadians, Christians, Jews and anyone who "votes incorrectly"
3. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause: Americans, Trump, the CPC, PP, and anyone else who criticism the liberal party is considered enemies and "un-Canadian"
4. Supremacy of the Military: Just like point 1, not in the traditional way, but Canadians want to "militarize" by having as much diversity and DEI within the military. Canadian nationalists also frequently talk about committing war crimes against Americans, just like the Japanese in WW2.
5. Rampant Sexism: Against straight and masculine men.
6. Controlled Mass Media: Government funded media like CBC and CTV, as well as bill C-11 pushing out liberal Canadian slop on places like social media such as twitter.
7. Obsession with National Security: The government wants people to give up more of their rights away for "peace and security" and often due to problems the government help create, like mass immigration of third-worlders.
8. Religion and Government are Intertwined: Canadian liberalism is pretty much a cult. The Liberals also want Canada to become a islamic state "muslim values are canadian values"
9. Corporate Power is Protected: The Gov pays companies such as bell media or RBC to either do media campaigns that favour the liberals. They also pay them to enforce liberal policies, like RBC benefits for fobs immigrants. Also Brookfield buying Canadian property.
10. Labor Power is Suppressed: TFW system used to wage supress and take jobs from Canadian citizens.
11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts: Hates anyone not "Canadian enough." Tries hard to push "Canadian alternatives" to American products and media. Bill C-11 also pushes Canadian content creators (in reality liberal creators) down people's throats on social media.
12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment: They tried really hard to give the trucker convoy organizers harsh sentences and probably tried to do the same for other political opponents. Also the liberals are obsessed with NOT punishing crimes from third worlders, so it's a unorthodox example of the characteristic.
13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption:.....Do I even need to explain this?
14. Fraudulent Elections: Not directly, but through media companies push liberal talking points and push out fake polls. The liberals are also allied to China who helps in election interference, which also forcing Chinese Canadians to vote liberal, and forcing many Chinese-Canadian to be too scared to vote conservative. Arguably the whole "51st State" shit was Trump and America helping do election interference for Carney as well. They also gerrymandered PP's Ottawa riding with government worker districts and the whole "longest-ballot" shit (which didn't actually do that much but still shows how far they are willing to go).
