Her name is Laura Dawson. She's the executive director of the Future Borders Coalition, an advocacy group focused on improving the the security and efficiency of the US/Canada border. Before she became a member of this organization, she worked in the Canadian embassy in Washington, D.C., as a senior economic advisor. Of course, she's an alumni of Carleton.

It might be that I wasn't as familiar with Canadian tomfoolery prior to 2025, but it seems like there's always a increase news thread on the farms about Canada. At least a new article or breaking news about Cucknada every few weeks now.

Canada getting humiliated is always great however.

There was a time where I was a rabid leaf ultranationalist and would have rushed to threads like that to defend the motherlands honor, but nowadays I literally could not care less. The leaf century of humiliation is in full swing and I am all here to see the world laugh and what the great brown north has become.

I don't think there would be resistance to be honest. Possible some token displays and mumbling but for 99% they wouldn't notice any change beyond the pictures on their money changing.

I can't stand the larp of resistance to the states. No one's hiding in the woods when their lot in life wouldn't change save for the better. People would rather out their neighbors in a second.

Confederation was a mistake, one of the only things that don't transfer cross-state lines are gun permits and fireworks, otherwise you can bring whatever you want and business in Florida is the same as in Washington State, the most irritating thing is they will charge you some woke tax for using plastic bags or something like that, that's the only difference. Why you would confederate and then decide not to allow citizens of the same confederation (is it really worth pretending it's a country at this point?) freely trade across provincial lines makes zero sense, like there is no point.

My grandfather arrived through Ellis Island but rather than trying to convince my grandmother (who passed through Pier 21) to come down and live in the US, he decided to go up to Canada to live with her because she didn't want to be so far away from her brothers and sisters. He said Canada was a better country to live in than the US. He put up the Canadian flag every Canada Day and even the Quebec flag on St. Jean. He thoroughly assimilated into Canadian culture and was proud to call himself Canadian.

Sometimes though, I like to think there's an alternate reality version of myself, likely in New Jersey, pointing up and laughing at Canada rather than existing in this open air economic prison.

The ball washing never ceases to amaze in how blatantly cucked it shows them to be. You have Carney come out and say affordability has never been better only for buck broken progtards to either deflect with "oh he was talking about this minute detail instead, get your facts right" or go complete whataboutism with "yeah but what about PP? The demographics from 2021 are already horrifying enough, with cities like Richmond and Burnaby having a majority East Asian demographic, with a lot of other ethnics sprinkled in for good measure. I'm sure the sheer amount of jeets will floor me, even though I am expecting it anyways.

I don't think people that knowingly stay in your country illegally will fill out the census truthfully.

I'm more interested in if Statistics Canada remains objective or if they start massaging the numbers to make the Liberals look good.

The scariest part of the 2026 consensus for me will be how many boomers will still be alive in Canada. Back in 2021 there were less foreign borns than boomers in Canada. Obviously there's more foreign borns in Canada now, but even if they're 100% truthful about the stats, I doubt the percentage difference will be above 5%. Think about that, despite all the people the gov is dumping into the country, boomers still make up like 1/4 of the pop.

Luckily the hospital will be filled with third worlders so lib boomers will have a harder time seeing the doctors.
