The 12V outlet in my daily stays on all the time, making it super easy to use my dash cam. From my math, it would take several weeks for the dash cam to drain the battery below 12V
I also use that since the 12v cig is always hot. I use that 70mai camera and that auto shuts off after 30min so I don't worry at all about draining the main battery,

Report back with your findings if you end up getting it. I keep buying used dashcams off eBay like an idiot and they barely work.

The light prop aircraft engines share a lot of similarities with air-cooled porches and vws, just beefed up to handle running at a mostly constant load and rpm. Normally larger displacement, specialty heads, aluminum blocks, redundant ignition systems.

Don't listen to me though. I adhere to the laws of gravity and keep my projects on terra
I pulled the trigger and also got the 70mai A500s front and rear camera set. Curious to see how they perform.

I just sold my douche caboose. My heart is a little broken because it was such an awesome truck, but on the other hand the value on it has gone up so much in the last few months, the guy had to take out a loan to buy it. Now I have no idea what kind of car I want, or if I even want another car. Maybe a motorcycle those are fun

This weekend I'm looking at a red 164 Alfa. Being I have other cars that run and now I'm train to work (real threat of remote still on table) I'm thinking I can't afford a Cessna right now fuck it.

I'm displaying my jaguar at a car show would it be tacky to leave for sale info? I just got service done and it's worth most it will be. I'm also really ready to let it go. Since it was detailed and all if anyone wants some more pics than others posted in the 596 other car threads remind me to snap some.

Nah, the only tacky part of car shows are the guys that just show up to dickwave a car they never built or drive. It's a smart place to sell

A bit late but for anyone else looking for dashcams, I run a Bluesksea B4K. So far its been working great in the heat, and the video quality is great as well.

For all the hate the Dodge Dart gets I still think its a great car. It actually has a good orange color rather than a metallic bronze/orange colors some older cars had. Plus in my opinion the styling is great and aggressive. I've heard lots of people had tons of mechanic issues with their Darts but I've seen none. Even with over 100k miles (though mostly highway) it's still running fine. Only issue I've had is a minor problem with the backup camera not working sometimes.

The Dart is a cute car. Isn't it just a reskinned Fiat? It has the same Multiair engine found in the 500 and other Fiat models.

Yeah, it has the slighlty expanded frame of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Fiat even sold it and a hatch version in China. The engine in my dart is 2.4L, it makes enough power for me IMO

A lawyer friend just got his C9 delivered Saturday. I drove it lastnight up and down the highway and holy fucking shit. GM built a genuine super car, even if it is a bit slow for one.

You mean the C8? It looks great for sure but it has the usual GM pitfalls. I met an early adopter at a car event who preordered his C8 and he said they forgot to attach some door trim pieces. It took a couple trips to the dealer to get it sorted out. Also one thing I found kinda funny is the liftback shock mount. It's looks like an afterthought in design and placement. It's literally a triangular piece bolted to the body with no effort made to blend it in.

I've yet to play in a c8. Need to remedy that.

Used market is insane now, bright side tho niche things are down a bit. I fear I might end up with yet another weird ass project and or daily.

How bad is lexan on say a rear hatch? Can it run a defroster? How about rear side windows?

We have two built up Tahoe's at work with lexan windows. They're fine.

Yeah, I fast fingered the wrong number.

His seems complete. But it not being complete on delivery is extremely super car, considering everyone I know that owned a new Ferrari or Aston has similar stories, including a California delivered without three lug nuts and no passenger window motor installed

I'll transfer pics tonight off my camera and few from emails.

I got an offer 30k less than I'm selling I promised I'd think about it. There is low balling and then there's clueless or rude. I don't know if guy didn't know my model is rare or just cheap skate.

Pops just got a WRX wagon in stick. Dude loves his wagons.

I found a Citicar for sale in my neck of the woods for $800 lol. If you don't know these suckers have two speeds: slow and slower. Nothing in-between.

Not the actual car in the listing, but it does make me think about pulling some of the motor controllers and lithium packs I have off the shelf. The stock Citicar uses golf cart batteries and has an up to (!) 6 HP motor

Ok got a few snaps mrs has way more but not around editing or bluring my plates or the for sale with my info.... Because she's fucking retarded.

The slick little air inlet only S got, front lip replace finally and bay (earlier at service) I love the backward hood.
