Good question. You'd essentially have to turn into a cult and infiltrate institutions with your followers. It worked for Feminism and other SJW groups as they were able to penetrate influential mid-tier positions of power: HR departments and their hiring practices, Academia's administration and associate Humanities professors, writing and editorial positions in media, local and municipal politicians, etc. Once they are installed, then you need a standardized form of communication so that they all act lock-step and in-sync to the ideology. This takes a surprising amount of dedication and organization (and money) to accomplish.I mean he literally said he wants to do what the sjws do. Subvert politics and make loads of money doing it. Thing is Anita and even Zoe Quinn were at least ties to an industry where they could manipulate people because they agreed with them. How will sargon manage that?
While the numbers are there for Sargon, I don't think he has the ability to call people to action or organize something comparable. The best option realistically to accomplish this goal would be to already convince like-minded people who already are in these positions to flex their power (you see this with Jordan Peterson urging silent academics to action). To add to that, the online culture behind Sargon and The Sceptics™ is that of apathy and slacktivism; they watch for entertainment and a smug giggle to one of the many eceleb newsreaders' scathing quips. These people are content with the status quo, else they would've done something already about it.
Sad to say, Sargon is at a dead end. He help cultivate a generation of Youtube slacktivists while his opponents were busy proactively cleaning house with theirs.
