Seth Rogen comes to mind. Although, if we could get him in a fat suit and use make up to alter his appearance, Ben Stiller would be the perfect one for mimicking his voice.

I would want to see Bryan Cranston as Bob. Not because he'd be a fantastic choice or anything, but just because I like seeing Bryan Cranston. If not Cranston, definitely Tobin Bell.

For Clyde, I would have it so the same actor who plays Chris play Clyde as well. Since Clyde is a construct of Chris' imagination and trolls collaborating,
