How did you word your complaint? This is actually something they're supposed to handle.

I've sent FCC complaints in today (I go through multiple tier 1 providers due to business but I appear to be getting good responses from some customer support so I'm holding off with the FCC complaints for some). They haven't bounced back.

I contacted the FCC years ago about spammers spoofing my phone number. They told me to eat shit it's not their problem contact my local police department as if they would be able to do anything. Three letter agencies are shit and will never take action unless it's to fuck you over. Still email them along with the FTC.

If they refuse to address it, you could reach out to your local rep and ask them to follow up with the FCC/FTC and try to get some answers. I'd wait till full total retard war to reach your reps though.

After everything that came out in the twitter files, it seems likely to me that the government may be in part involved in the escalation of persecuting this website. I would file such a request it if I had any clue how to go about it. I know they take forever and cost money, but if there is a case that our 1st amendment rights are being fucked with then it is worth knowing about it. I have seen Technofog on twitter use FOIAs in a really smart way, you can confirm that investigations are underway if they refuse to fulfill a request on that basis, for instance. They can't say "because fuck you", they have to provide an answer to why they won't give you documents. You might get a totally redacted email, but that means you know they are talking about your website.

I don't know about FOIAing the DHS/FBI to see if they're "targeting" KF through the ISPs. It's pretty obvious #DropKiwiFarms is led by individuals with connections mainly in media and IT, not LE per se. As for the Fedz I am sure they must have a huge dossier on KF by now, but even if they did, what can you do about it? The situation at Twatter is very different from the one at KF and I don't think the two are remotely comparable in any way. Twatter were actively in dialogue with intelligence and granting the FBI/DHS whatever censorship requests they submitted. Twatter were allowing themselves to be manipulated by intel about supposedly impending disinfo campaigns, which made them more willing to grant whatever censorship requests came in from the government. There's always a lot of speculation all over KF about "glowies" being agents provocateurs on this forum, but the fact is that you can't conclusively prove any of that, and even if you did, there isn't much you can do about it to prevent it. I suspect the idea of the Fedz having a huge secret folder on KF that could or couldn't be FOIAed is very sexy to a lot of people, and would make KF seem like a huge deal in a lot of people's minds ("Oh look even the FEDZ are paying attention to KF!") but it's all quite pointless in the end. The government can build themselves an army of paper tigers that the average person is ultimately powerless against.

On the other hand #DropKiwiFarms have implied they'd FOIA the FCC to gain access to any complaints filed against ISPs by KFers in order to doxx KFers using those letters:
