I'm able to access Kiwi Farms at the moment without any issues from my ISP. I guess because they are a spinoff of Frontier's northwest regional headquarters so they're probably quite small by comparison to other ISPs. Yet Centurylink cannot even cover the area I'm living in even though the old home that is like 25 miles away has coverage from them. Their service sucks anyway when we had them.

Has anyone considered filing a FOIA request to see if there is any DHS/FBI/whatever fuckery going on w/the ISPs? After everything that came out in the twitter files, it seems likely to me that the government may be in part involved in the escalation of persecuting this website. I would file such a request it if I had any clue how to go about it. I know they take forever and cost money, but if there is a case that our 1st amendment rights are being fucked with then it is worth knowing about it. I have seen Technofog on twitter use FOIAs in a really smart way, you can confirm that investigations are underway if they refuse to fulfill a request on that basis, for instance. They can't say "because fuck you", they have to provide an answer to why they won't give you documents. You might get a totally redacted email, but that means you know they are talking about your website.

I believe this is the case in part because of the unique types of speech allowed here: talking about trannies, skepticism of covid vaccines, doubting elections or official explanations of crimes etc are allowed. This is the exact type of shit that the feds at twitter/fb/insta/etc targeted to censor users, and there have been DHS and FBI alerts about how those views are extremist and potentially dangerous.

They know they can't infiltrate the website like they have with most social media companies, and null will just laugh at their emails unless a court order is inside.
