I'm having the same issue with American VPN servers. Currently connected through Norway.
 
What are some of the patterns found in the ISPs not connecting to the farms? I have heard it said they are all using Lumen Technologies/CenturyLink/Level3 and GTT, two providers blackholing KF at this time. Any ISPs that peer directly with Terrahost still works apparently. If this is really being done by Tier 1 network providers this is crazy.

dear feeder told me it's because of Lumen since Claro is kind of under them, can't file a complaint because it's a gringo provider but claro tech said he filed a investigation for lumen to check out.

They used to be known as Qwest. And they bought Level3 a few years back, which was a huge backbone ISP.

To the surprise of no one, once the convention has been set, they immediately spread out from there. They can't have you communicating online via encrypted channels. Amongst other things, they can't data mine those channels for advertiser funbux. And remember, the entire point of the internet is to sell people a Prius. If you are doing something on the internet that would endanger a Prius sale, you are using it wrong and must stop immediately.



Also the reason some people can access on mobile and some can't is Centurylink feeds a lot of corporate presences. This includes Cellphone Towers. T-Mobile doesn't have a nationwide T1 fiber network or whatever. Their towers use whatever large "local" ISP they can get fed from.

Although I'm seeing in the last few pages that this has spread to AT&T. So that's great, I'm guessing IFJ is making more connections or threats behind the scenes. My only hope is I live long enough to take a big fat greasy taco bell shit on Liz Fong-Jones's gravesite.

I can't get in on Clearnet and I'm using Spectrum. (Now owned by Charter, if that matters.)

However, the IP address matches when I do the test @Null suggested.

I'm assuming this is just a passing thing (e.g. a tranny DDoS) unless I hear otherwise.
