This is nothing new. Where were you when #DropKiwiFarms was happening? They were DDoSing Tor as soon as KF made their .onion public. They've been targeting Tor throughout this campaign:


For Tor to block access to a website would be for them to admit that they can and will trace specific traffic passing through their network, and that would basically be the end of Tor because they're supposed to be anonymizing software.

I finally got to a level where they wouldn't escalate me any further, we both did independent tracert and saw it's caused by GTT. Then the guy hits me with "We would not be able to change an entire routing system off of the backbone for one customer" and ends the chat. Here's hoping they get fucked by the FCC :optimistic:

OG posters with accounts older than when the #Dropkiwifarms debacle started, divide into small groups and start working on projects of mutual interest/skill. Everyone else help with what can be done as per suggestions in that future thread.
One of the first things could be writing a good template to contact the ISPs with.

I believe, at some point, someone made a repository/collection of articles and sources on the past deeds of the main opponents. That could be good for people who are twitter/facebook savvy or want to make videos or edit places like Wikipedia. Could also help Null when he wants to contact the media in the future though I imagine he has something like that.

You probably are blacklisted, but blacklist doesn't mean what they think it means.

The website is mxtoolbox, I would hazard a guess that the blacklist is a blacklist related to mx services, where MX is Mail Exchange (tldr it's emails).

It is normal procedure to reject emails from dynamic IP Addresses, residential IPs, budget VPNs, etc etc because those are easy to obtain and send spam from. (You can still send Null emails, but your computer is technically accessing a server which then generates the email from that IP address).

Being banned from sending an email from a mailserver at your IP address should not block regular web browsing.

Just to POWERLEVEL more, I may or may not know former and/or current tor developers, and if they started fucking with this it would fundamentally break it, both technically and organizationally.

And if that happens, China will jump on like Donkey Kong and tor will die within weeks.
