You have a Kiwifarms account and the capability to check more than one thread. The Technical Grievances thread is relevant to the current issues and is one of the main threads to check with any Farms issues in general, including the current matter with CenturyLink because odds are, it's the first one people are going to report in on.

I see no evidence that they even they have a Telegram, they linked to a KF post.
I would say to throw the thread in an RSS reader so it will cache changes in case of spotty uptime... But it doesn't seem possible to get an rss feed for a thread?
Maybe people can use something like change detection for a less specialized tool that will look for updates and keep an off-site copy just in case you can't access the thread. Don't pay them $7/m for it though, you can get it for less elsewhere even without resorting to administrating it yourself.
I don't think I've ever gotten that to work, do I have to use a specific web browser or proxy country or something equally convoluted?

I've gotten it to work in Chrome for Windows and Android, and in Brave both in a standard and TOR Privacy window, It's mostly just maximum jank. Refresh https://telewebgram.com/kiwifarms until it works. Don't bother spamming it more than once or twice as that never helped me, just try it, see if it works, try again later if it doesn't. Once you've gotten it to work don't refresh anymore. To get the kiwifarms channel to update just click to a different channel then go back to kiwifarms. If you refresh the page it will probably break again. Before I figured out that swapping channels worked to force an update I was lucky to get it to load twice in the same day
You might need to use a TOR window or VPN at some point though, but if the site is loading and then just failing the search, saying the servers are down, or saying that the channel doesn't exist that's just the site being jank. I didn't see anyone else mention it but during the initial black holing event I was having the exact same issue there that I was with the Farms and swapping to a TOR window, turning on my VPN, and using my mobile network all restored access in the same way they allowed me to access KF. I don't know if it was related but it started and resolved at around the same time, kinda. During the initial black holing there was a short period where I was able to access them without TOR/VPN/mobile data, probably 2-3 hours. Kiwifarms went back down fairly quick but telewebgram remained accessible following that

Sorry, it was one thing before it got flagged as NSFW or whatever, but I don't have a Telegram account and there's not a chance in hell I'm making an account just to check for site updates. That simply isn't going to happen.
I'll try all the methods available to access the site and if those don't work, I'll just wait and try again later.

Literally just cycle between this thread, Technical Grievances, or Total Retard War (as @WhiteNight pointed out) to potentially get your official Jersh response as, odds are, he'll post in one (or more) of the three to tell people what's up so long as the Farms is accessible somehow, be it by VPN or Tor.
Here's a fun thought exercise for people such as yourself:
Consider that there's nothing stopping you from using a different identity just to set up a Telegram account in order to view the KF Telegram.
Consider that there's probably several troons, bad faith actors, and people generally alogging Null who also made Telegrams in order to obsessively follow him. (That one #DropKiwiFarms account on Twitter seems to occasionally post updates directly from the Telegram in order to schizo ramble about how evil the Farms are)
Consider that one of the best ways to further protect your identity is to just... Follow the KF Telegram for status updates and don't actually openly sneed like a nigger with no emotional control because you think people care to see every single thing you have to say.
