These citizens do have rights (that are being trampled by these lunatics) but who will enforce and protect those rights? The only people who have any reasonable chance of doing so would be a well-armed militia comprised of residents and business owners in the affected areas, i.e. the victims. These LARPers are only going to go away when 1) they get bored or 2) they have the fear of god put into them by an angry mob carrying lots of loaded guns.

IMO CHAZ is likely already infiltrated and under supervision (y'all think that Discord isn't being monitored 24/7?).
Functional, dangerous guns are probably already mostly gone, and given the cover story of 'being lost'.
Raz is probably a Fed/someone to draw attention, and all of this has been transformed into a containment playpen for the crazies (notice that the expansion plans have been dropped, and their crappy movable barricades are now fixed) until the millionaire liberal mayor of Seattle can cough up a pair and put an end to it. The residents will need to suffer for a bit, but Capitol Hill is relatively expendable compared to other more valuable parts of Seattle (unfortunate, but a reality).
All we should do now is not to hero/boogaloo, but sit back and enjoy the dumpster fire.

They want their own Autism land the city should cut the power, water, and any other services to their little commune. Block off the roads and with armed guards and let them stew in their little paradise through the winter. When they burn down their commune make sure the fire brigades only put out the fires that escape their play area. I saw a photo of a sign about taking photos in the CHAZ (something about benefitting minority photographers), but they do have rules in their lawless paradise, right?
