What I find to be the most hilarious thing about that picture is how those poor girls couldn't even imagine how people will discuss it to great detail, to them it was just a snapshot of a pretty bad day in their lives, but to the rest of the world, its Christory.
Let's be honest, they were probably the only people he invited and they came out of a sense of pseudo-friendship and obligation. After all, Chris was their lunch buddy, right? Look at how they're sitting. All bunched up for protection. No room for Chris. They most likely were not surprised by the childish birthday party.
Basically Chris in a nutshell: he's surrounded by his toys and Pokeman while any females are circling the wagons for protection while playing nice. He was still the quirky autistic who played kiddie games and sat at lunch, not the creepy tomgirl he is today.
