I forgot just how fucking evil the Idea Guys saga really was. If it wasn't for The Motherfucking, I'd feel extremely sorry for Chris at this point.

It's interesting though that no matter how horrible the roleplay becomes, he will engage with ANYONE and ANYTHING that goes along with his Sonichu/pony/Neptunia LARP. It's beyond pathetic how much he seems to need that cope to survive, even if his fantasy is under the most horrifying attacks possible he will engage, even to the point of utterly humiliating himself IRL to 'protect' his fantasy world.

No wonder he's ended up in a mental hospital (we assume) in the end.

If liquid Chris was the high point of trolling, the Idea Guys saga would be the low point (Bluespike/Julay would be a fair argument, but when you consider Chris coming back for more trolling and abuse, then, I'd have to disagree). This was the moment where we now have current Chris and his delusions, and why the internet should have been cut off from Chris then and there.

Yeah, after all the stuff with Bella, who clearly wanted to supercede the Idea Guys but failed hard; and the Incest, which throws any sympathy you had for Chris out the window; you forget just how evil the shit the Idea Guys had done was, and the impact all of it had on Chris.

Woke Zoomer cancelkin brains about to explode when they get exposed to the part about KF defeating the Idea Guys.

KF and Null were undisputably the "good guys" after the Idea Guys and up till the merge.

Not only did KF stop ther Idea Guys, for a period of time it was open season to go after all the weens. The Everfree Northwest gofundme was set up by Null so he could attend the convention, and Null had a plan to help Chris support himself once Barb fucks off. Even the ILJ board debacle was partially because farmers wanted to expose everyone that was gayopping our cow and trying to fuck Chris over (before he fucked himself over and ruined their plans).

In contrast to groups like the Watchmen, KF never did feed into his delusions even when helping Chris. Even if we only cared about Chris because he was "our lolcow", we were one of the few communities who cared about Chris at all.

Even now, after the motherfucking, I still feel like it would be a shame if we never heard from Chris again.

So, nobody is blaming Chris for giving the Idea Gays 6,000 dollars and punching his mom. There's always apologist for Chris.

I don't recall ever saying that he held no responsibility or accountability for anything he's done. Just that Chris was affected greatly by the Idea Guys in a way. That's not to say that Chris was blameless in all of this. He COULD have cooperated with the Guard Dogs when they tried to handle everything that was going on at the time, as difficult a task that was, but he simply receded further into the fantasy world that he had created, with all of the stuff the Idea Guys had created for him.

I don't think anybody ever disputed this. Chris attracts terrible people who try to fuck him over because he's a terrible person himself. But like you said, Chris is the coauthor, if Chris wasn't a piece of shit things wouldn't have happened the way it did, but likewise if there were no terrible influences on Chris things would have been different too. It takes two hands to clap.

Left to his own devices Chris would still probably end up in a similar situation, but probably not as fucked up as some of the stuff that happened.

I knew what Josh did for Chris, but seeing it play out in the doc just puts it in an all new perspective for me. He did all of that out of the kindness of his heart. Null didn't need to do any of the stuff he did for some retard online, but he did it anyway. It's a shame Chris didn't realize how much some "trolls" genuinely cared about his well-being at the time. There's no innocent person in the story of Chris, but to me Null really was the closest thing to a "hero" Chris ever got in his time online.
