It's in the same ballpark, and Geno's track may have had some influence, but it is definitely different enough to be coincidental. It's not like they ripped the entire track off.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the assistance and helpful advice! Definitely jumped the gun and got heated to have made a video in the first place, so that’s on me. Please don’t contact or address Mr. Söderqvist, and definitely not Netflix since they had nothing to do with this work. I’ve gotten sufficient avenues to proceed with the matter, and will take down this video soon. This ought to be the last I speak of this similarity. I’m sorry to have made this a more public issue than it should have been.
Good for him -- a measured and mature response to feedback. Geno is not naive and/or trolling stupid. I will continue to give him money to piss and burn on Patreon.

This is what analysing the autistic behemoth for so long does to a man, so now he's going on about how a major renowned composer might have STOLEN a couple of musical notes from his own work and incorporated it as his original piece.

I think you need to just sit this one out, your community on your channel isn't agreeing with your stance either, don't embarrass yourself and just continue to focus on something you're actually somewhat good at, making accusations of plagiarism isn't one of them.

Copyright law is so fucky that I believe Geno could legitimately win if the courts find it similar, even if the composer had provably never heard the CWC documentary theme before, but I'm not sure.

The Lecrae lawsuit against Katy Perry was basically over two notes and took eight years in court. Katy Perry won the appeal.

It's not worth it lol.
eight years for two notes lmao. How fucking pathetic does somebody have to be to waste that much money on legal shit for two notes

Very pathetic. They also probably had a nice lawyer who was feeding them bullshit to keep them going, so he could get more money from the creator. Had Katy not appealed the lawsuit then she would have had to pay 2.8 mil over 2 notes. So apparently one note is worth 1.4 mil

Welcome to the entertainment industry, where retardation reigns supreme.

When your musical genius consists of two notes repeating like a sing-song nursery rhyme, you shouldn't be surprised when some Hollywood hack craps out the same thing.
I think he's just cheezed because mainstream outlets don't want the same story he's been regurgitating for years. Personally, I think the best punishment anyone could deliver to Chris and indirectly geno is letting Chris fade into obscurity.

That certainly seems to be Heilberg's plan and the State of Virginia is going along with it. Separate him from the outside world and keep it that way. They're the only two entities in Chris's life other than Bob, Null, and Rocky who seem to actually have/want his best interests as the priority and they have a lot more competence and/or resources than those three. To Chris it undoubtedly feels like punishment and he deserves to feel that way but if it had happened a decade ago Chris and everyone else would be a lot better off. Well maybe not the Barbussy's g-spot

The one thing I've learned from all the documentaries on Chris is that Chris is the only part of all of it that is entertaining. Everybody else is superfluous... even the trolls. We don't watch for Geno or Liquid Chris or Clyde Cash. All the people around Chris have turned into cartoon villains, not real people... the man in the pickle suit, surf shack Tito, even Michael Snyder and Mary Lee Walsh. Anybody who comes in contact with Chris will eventually be reduced to a cartoon character.

No will care in ten years about the guy who made the 100 hour long documentary on Chris. People will just be watching videos of Chris moaning IVYYY! or Curse ye ha me ha. Chris won't be forgotten. He'll always be dumb and fun to watch a few minutes of every once in a while. Chris will disappear from public view and become a cartoon character in the world's mind, just like child actors in sitcoms.

I can't think of anything lamer than trying to hitch your own wagon to Chris's for fame. That is even dumber than Chris.

How about YouTube "law"? Like, obviously it's a coincidence because both shows convey the same emotion with simple music, but what are the chances the takedownbot recognizes CwC's theme as property of Anatomy of a Scandal and nukes his channel?

Also, late to the party, but in hindsight Chris should have filmed a hostage video like @7:40

"Barbara Ann Weston Chandler are you here at your own free will and consent to soul bonding?"

New ep is out:

I laughed harder at this than I should have. Maybe because Geno caption Chris burping.
