Chris-Chan: A Comprehensive History

Dear god... 24:45+ ...I have never been more certain that Chris's online limelighting legitimately prevented him from officially crossing into True Crime as 'The Crazy Sonic Fan Killer'. Been binge-watching a lot of cases lately and this bit of pure sociopathic rage with unquestionable intent leads me to believe there is a timeline where authorities discovered Megan's deflowered and dismembered corpse in the damn fridge or some such.

Granted, he's always been way more nasty bark that bite – and YES, there was provocation. No question. But he still went down to the Game Place and maced a dude. He still kicked a cop car. He may not have all.his marbles, but he has enough to do real damage. And if he'd had way more time to silently brood and declare incel war on the world, he might just have beaten Alek Minassian to the vehicular manslaughtering punch, van and all.

Crouching Autist, Hidden Homicide. Quite possibly. And that scares me. Not the only one, eithet, lest we forget:

Chris: Yet I do not regret drawing the drawing, because if I hadn't released my frustrations in the creative sense, I might actually have done something really dumb and stupid.
Megan: What does that mean? Abducting me and raping me? I'm afraid I can't trust you anymore...

Their words, her words, not mine.

This whole series remains to be a rollercoaster of occasionally tragic, somtetimes hilarious, and fully fascinating stuff.

TL; DR Another great informative and meticulously comprehensive installment, as always.

I don't know much about what happened to him between Asperchu and the house fire. There's the tomboy fuckery in there somewhere but is there anything else before that?
Yeah. The CWCki has a chronology - https://sonichu.com/cwcki/2010

There's destroying his PS3 for over $9000, Jackie and part of the Calling Out sagas, Bob's death, assaulting Snyder, and some videos like the second house tour and the Lego high school.

Say what you will about Tito being an unimportant troll but he managed to get Chris to both type and scream nigger without coercion or Chris purposely mispronouncing it.
Chris had been desensitized to using the word by BlueSpike.

A little to unpack from that video:

- Chris can not fathom hypocrisy. Nor how to belch silently

- If money and expectations get involved with anything, Chris will see it as work and not want to do it. He says it himself. Yet he still has patrons asking where their stuff is

- Chris has obviously lived in his imagination for a long time. I think he constantly sees himself in 3rd person. Acting out like he's in a cartoon. This pairs well with him saying recently that you must break the 4th wall. In fact when he was talking about the Wallflower on video I'm positive he's reading what he wrote in the email like a script. Any video he doesn't have a script he's just making random noises or doing impressions/jokes

This episode was a lot better than the past few ones, probably because the action is picking up a little.

I find it interesting that all the trolls tend to be insistent on Chris "finishing the comic." I assume that they want more material to mock?

The Trolls that fucked with him used the comic delay just to fuck with him. Aside from Issues 1,2,3 and 10 the only troll that brought up the actual Sonichu lore was Alec. And tied his trolling to the release of the Comics was Alec. Everyone else was fucking with his love quest, and aspirations to start a franchise.

Wow, I have to say that the Surfshack Tito/Wallflower segment of Christory really gets overlooked for how completely delusional Chris is here. It really seems to be the segment that broke his brain wide open, leading to the Tomgirl saga and everything after.

Geno did an excellent job highlighting the way Chris completely refused to accept the reality that Wallflower was NEVER into him as anything but a social contact and perhaps friend, yet when Chris blew it (as he always does) and she dropped the hammer, she dropped it harder each time and he STILL didn't get a clue and BTFO. Instead blaming Tito and Wallflower grasping at any straw to get rid of Chris made the mistake of claiming the non-existent Tito to be her boyfriend.

Well holee shit! Those last few videos were such fountains of autistic cringe that they belong high in the top 10 of Chris' most fucked up. I am not sure if this segment was the actual one that broke him, but it's definately the first that shows how badly his mind has progressed from cracked, to outright broken.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the comics were Chris's "safe space", a place where he had absolute power and was untouchable. By requesting that Simonla was removed and suggesting a reboot, Alec managed to take control of the Sonichu world (that comfy retreat) away from Chris.

I think the beginning is pretty interesting too. Alec grilled him on why he believes his birthday should be a holiday. He makes up some lame excuses that fall apart quick. He basically admitted he felt just that important that people should admire and celebrate him. I think he had these God delusions way before he tweeted about them constantly, just like the cartoon dimension.

I wonder if he'd mention this shit to Bob during their daily fast food trips and Bob told him to drop the shenanigans and kept him down to Earth.

I tend to agree w/ GenoSamuel in that most of the trolls that were trying to "tell Chris what he needs to hear" were not acting in good faith (e.g., the "Father Call"). However, I'm not as sure about that with Alec. At least Alec was trying to get Chris to think through his reasoning rather than just say "get a job, loser!"

Yeah I agree, honestly most of the people who were trying to tell Chris what he needs to hear had bad intentions and were mocking or laughing at Chris during their calls or right after like when Kacey and Liquid laughed that Barb got involved one time. Alec at least seemed to be the most genuine and tried to give helpful advice compared to most.

Even if Kacey said things Chris needed to hear it was all negated because the basis of their relationship was false and malicious. Alec wasn't pretending to be anything he wasn't. He wasn't acting like a girlfriend or a business partner to create a false reality around Chris. He was actually performing as a rival artist and approaching Chris on that level. The most malicious thing Alec ever did to Chris was parody him. Otherwise he was just presenting Chris with information and ideas that made him uncomfortable, which he perceived as trolling anyway. If Chris had been able and willing to absorb what Alec was telling him, you have to wonder if we'd still be dealing with Pristine Christine a decade later. What if Bob had given him real guidance instead of telling him just to pretend he was normal and pull one over on Uncle Sam? It's sad as hell to think the most benevolent force in Chris' life was an internet troll.

And looking at the videos here after his contact with Alec ended, receiving earnest advice and guidance seemed to have somehow made Chris more crazy instead of improving him. He's like a Bizarro. Every single time someone attempts to help him it just makes him crazier and worsens his situation.

It's easy to forget when studying Chris that the Trolls are terrible people, too. And it's not just Bluespike either. As much as Chris brings most of his problems on himself, there's something twisted about taking joy out of messing with an autist. Not absolving Chris, but the Trolls often get a pass most of the time because it's Chris.

I would agree like I stated that earlier in this thread.

Honestly the only trolls I could give a pass for not being entirely malicious are just Liquid and Alec, but even then they had associated themselves with those who have done awful things.

Not trying to absolve Chris or blame the trolls, but if Chris hadn't bothered with any of the trolls, he'd probably be in a better place mentally.
