Chris-Chan Sighting at Gamestop (With Video)

Given Barbs controlling nature and history of covering for Chris I find it highly unlikely that she doesn't have his phone number.

That part really jumped out at me, too. Could it be that even Barb's gotten so fed up she's washing her hands of Chris (at least for the moment)?

So any implication that Chris, with his college degree, lacks the mental faculties to be punished - and not capital punishment, but just imprisonment - really shows a lack of understanding of what our legal system considerings 'competent'.
Absolutely on point. Competence to stand trial, competence to represent oneself, and competence to understand the criminal nature of one's actions when committing them are all three very different questions. Only the last one is relevant for an insanity defense, by the way.

As an aside, while a bit off-topic, I would note that at common law, hundreds of years ago, any felony was a capital crime (which is not to say that anyone who committed a felony, such as burglary, would be put to death; the rich could buy their way out very easily).

He never gave Chris and Barb a free lawyer service. He cost them in the region of $50k. If they had another $50k he'd probably be driving to the rental house as we speak. They don't so he isn't.
Damn 50k? How did you find that out? I though Rocky had pulled it in as a favor to them. Was this because of the assault on the cops Barb was charged with?

Nope, she probably denied having his number then turned around and called him letting him know they were looking for him. I would bet money that's what happened.

And insanity defense? He didn't kill anybody. He acted like stupid asshole and pepper sprayed a guy. He's in trouble for sure and could face some time depending on the judge and prosecutor. But he won't be pulling a year in prison or any thing. Plus his mental handicap is documented.

Related to this, I really want to know if this blue Ford Focus is really a car Chris has. If not, it was an unbelievably stupid move on Barb's part. Given the cops mentioned being unable to turn anything on the registration for Chris, I'm a bit concerned. What I wonder is whether Barb might go down for lying to the cops to aid Chris in evading the police. But whether that's likely is a question for someone who actually practices in that jurisdiction.

This. I wouldn't put it past Barb to pull something like this:

Barb: Why no officer, I don't know Chrissy-poo's number......Dang it Christian! What the hell did you do *now*?!?

I can see it now. Chris living a life on the open road, avoiding the law at every turn, his Lego minifig as his only companion in his undoubtably trashy car and his rats nest hair billowing in the breeze like a shart at a wedding.

Somewhere out there, a blue armed monstrosity is cackling to himself "Mission Accomplished".

Pretty sure she was just trying to cover for him. Once off the phone I imagine she tried to call him.

He'd be going to jail, not Federal-Pound-Me-In-The-Ass-Prison. He isn't going to be anyone's bitch. He's not THAT hardcore yet.

However, he will be forced to shower with a bunch of those danged males and look at bare chests and....ugh dicks. Which may be worse for him than actual rape.

And sperging out in the shower about pecs and wangs may get him a serious ass-whupping.

County is a pretty big deal. Especially if your a fat, loud, retard who will go off on pro-nouns when someone calls you a man. Most people prefer prison to county when it comes to treatment.

I kept watching the video, trying to see if I could notice anything from the incident.

What I did notice is that it wasn't mace. For one, why in the fuck would they give somebody on probation a can of mace? Let alone somebody with severe mental illnesses.

Second, the yellow shirt guy who got sprayed didn't react in the way of somebody who was just sprayed with mace. (Believe me, I know. My friend tested a can of it on me.)

Mace doesn't require a background check.

This. County's pretty nasty. But pretty much any inmate screening would note Chris' clothing and put him into segregation straight away, even without all of his hysterics.

You can buy pepper spray damn near anywhere, and it's sold in containers that look just like that.

Yes, but the point is: why in the fuck did Chris think he needed a can? It's not like trolls will just walk up to him, ask him for a fight and try to throw a punch.
