I wasn't trying to blame Null for tis nightmare of a situation, I was just saying that his response to it really caught me off guard because Null was one of the few people Chris actually trusted- so god only know how much Null has learned that we'll likely never hear about. As for prosecuting Chris based merely on his statements, a confession usually weighs pretty heavily in a courtroom.


However, this is Chris and for obvious reasons that shouldn’t be necessary to go into again, that is hardly the case here.


Chris’s best defense would without a doubt be “It’s just made up stories/trying to own the trolls!” Etc.

If there is little physical evidence or incriminating testimony from Barb, I could easily see Chris walk or get a slap on the wrist plea deal.

If you’re the prosecutor, do you really want your entire entire case hinging on a jury (with reasonable doubt hammered into their heads) looking at hundreds of pages of delusional babble and determining when Chris was telling the truth and when he was roleplaying?

I've heard of some prisoners - though usually in Europe getting game consoles in their cells - possibly as a result of good behavior. Though I think this is unlikely to happen for Chris.

its pretty common in europe to have tvs and playstations and stuff. but theyre rather expensive to buy if youre in jail.

Game consoles in single/double-bunk cells are quite uncommon everywhere for obvious reasons (nerds would be unable to distinguish prison from their everyday life, would probably start committing crimes only to go to prison). Consoles are common however in larger cells with more people not as some "luxury" but because if there's like 15 guys in a cell you want them to have something to do. You can also be 100% sure that the only game on the console is FIFA

I'm not familiar with incarceration whatsoever, especially not in The US but is it possible for people to call him or is that only after the trial when he's properly locked up? It’s impossible to call him either in County Jail or Prison.
He will have access to a phone to make collect calls but he would have to know the number in order to be able to call it and it would have to be a phone that can accept collect calls, (most mobile phones don’t accept collect calls).
