kill ya. Granted, he's not exactly living a healthy lifestyle (to what degree is uncertain) but he doesn't smoke, drink (much), or indulge in harmful recreational substances. He's out of shape, of course -- I didn't buy his "216 pounds" thing for a nanosecond, but he's not morbidly obese, either. A lot of people his age are fatter than him and the vast majority easily make 40 or 50, if not more.
You get some perspective on it after you turn 30. You don't feel any different than you did at 20, but eventually you notice time has accelerated. The years begin to pass as the flapping of a great black wing.
