Thinking about it further, could this just be another attempt to "troll" us by Chris? The same way he said he'd be at the mall only to reveal he'd already been banned there. I mean I know that sounds real stupid, but this is Chris. To him that's his idea of elaborate mind games.

I feel like someone could ruin Chris's day with an empty PS4 box and some broken electronic parts. He'd want to believe so hard...

Why not an xbox in the ps4 box?

I'd say maybe it'd be like when he bought his first Playstation used with the intent to sell it for profit, and then somehow decided to try it out and actually liked it, but Chris would probably be so happy to finally play Kick the Hexbox for realz he wouldn't even think about pawning it off (and then testing to see if it worked and posting on Facebook about how awesome XBox games are).

What's gonna happen when Chris spends more than he has in his account though?

It's completely possible to do that, even when hen you're on tugboat, and what happens with my bank (if he put the money in a certain bank, I don't know how they all handle this) will charge you the amount you payed when you overpayed, plus the amount something cost from your next payment. So, say Chris buys a PS4, that's like, let's just say 400$ (I don't really care how much it costs and I'm not trying to start a console war here, just speaking hypothetically), but he only had 200$. So not only does he pay 400$, 200 of which he doesn't have, but the next time he buys something like food or something, he pays, say, 5 dollars for a sandwich, and 200 extra dollars gets charged to his account by the bank due to the amount he overpayed on the PS4.

What'll happen after that? Will he call the banks trolls? Suicide? Barb takes complete control of the funds, then suicide?

I think barb is watching the money situation like a hawk, a 20-40 dollar purchase is no biggie but when he spends 400 on a console barb is going to have a bitchfit. I think this is one of Chris's hairbrain schemes to trick barb so he can buy the ps4, but like all things he havent thought it all the way through.

The big question is if he's buying this stuff for himself then why is he posting about it online at all? If he doesn't post about it then we don't know about it and as has been said before, it's unlikely Barb is going to notice a new piece of plastic crap amongst the many mounds of plastic crap in the house already.

I'm very hesitant to give Chris credit for anything because he always fails to meet expectations and he's usually pretty bad at concealing his true motives :stupid: I think the most plausible explanation without resorting to speculation is that some 'fan' did buy Chris this piece of crap. Regardless though I think we can all agree that anyone who is willing to waste their money on this ungrateful manchild is even more :stupid: than Chris.

He's definitely laying the paper trail to blame trolls for "hacking barbs credit card"
Either that or he's gotten himself another credit card he's going to abuse.
Also watch him balloon up in weight once he's lumped around playing his new life upgrade.

I agree that Chris probably is buying this shit himself and is saying trolls bought it for him. I don't know why a troll would buy him shit like this. Fan art, sure, games, sure, but why specifically a Lego Delorean and a Skylanders Pumpkin thingy?

I wonder if this is perhaps he knows that we bitch about him spending tugboat money on stupid shit and is disguising his purchases as being "gifts" instead.

I know there someone mentioned the packing the "gifts" came in wasn't consistent with Amazon shipping. The bubble envelopes just remind me of eBay purchases. Are we able to see his eBay buyer history?

The way he added that bit about amazon makes me wonder if he really did spend his tugboat on this. Is that figure only sold at amazon? Or perhaps the more likely possibility is that he ordered it from amazon himself, and he wanted to plug it for being a good store or something.

If all this stuff really was bought for him by some try-hard weenkid who ships things to him straight from amazon, then goddamn. I hope he/she looks into getting a life.

I feel like maybe that DVD he found gave him this idea of 'gifts sent by 'fans'/trolls. It's a convenient way to get new stuff without people calling him out for spending money he complains about not having. I'm sure that in a few months, he'll miraculously and coincidentally receive a ps4 as a present from da 'fans'/trolls.

Did any of his ebay auctions sell? Maybe he's trying too hard to hide the cash and purchases from Barb and this is some kind of weird attempt at fabricating "evidence" for the possibility Barb finds out. Nah, that's thinking too far ahead and suggests Chris believes he could fail at something.

Either Chris really did get this from a fan or it's just another plan that makes no sense to anyone but Chris. If he was trying to troll us he would be checking the forums to see the reaction. He hasn't.

I think the only thing we can conclude from this is that business women love lemon cake.

From bakery in Delaware.

Delaware Blue Hens: Delaware; opposite of Basketball is Soccer; Soccer is Futbol; Delaware's Football team.

Football. Charlie Brown never got to kick the football. Charlie Brown. The Great Pumpkin... like the description of the toy. Pumpkins are orange. Orange is close to the coler Amber. Amber alert.

... WE HAVE TO STOP CHRIS FROM GOING TO THAT LEGO EVENT!

I've gotten stuff from Amazon in bubble envelopes, so it could really be from there.
Batman needs to call Barb and warn her that Chris is going to buy a PS4, and that he is Batman.

The Kim, who's commenting on his posts is also the person who took Chris out to Applebees for karaoke, and to have his first alcoholic drink. They've known each other for quite a while and she's potebtially a fairly reliable source of information. If she's calling bullshit, she probably knows something.
Wait, are you saying that [cwc]Faeryn[/cwc] is [cwc]Kim[/cwc]?

Wow, man-babby's first money laundering scheme!

Yeah, based on the comments I'm reading, I'm pretty convinced that Chris is buying this stuff for himself and then saying that it was a gift, probably getting the idea from the Sonic Underground DVD that somebody chucked into his yard (Chris has yet to realize that wasn't a gift but a jab at him, and that's sad.)

I wonder if I can try that on my wife. "Pickle Monsta, why are you playing Assassin's Creed 4?" "It was a gift from my fans!"

The release date is November 15th, and the basic system price is around $400. For about $100 more, you can get a "complete kit" with 2 duo shock controllers, and a couple of games. If Barb is keeping an eye on the Chandler Household's finances, it will be interesting to see how Chris is going to account for a "missing" $400 - $500 dollars. This is sure to be the cause of some tension between him and Barb.
Ah, but this is where Chris is smarter than mortals like you and I.

He'll just get another credit card and put the quad on that. They hand out 4-digit limits like candy these days. And Fatty has always been good about paying the bare minimum monthly fee on his cards. And honestly, who cares what happens to his finances six months or a year later when he can have his quad now?

Ya know something, brother? Chris has famously stated that they don't accept packages in the mailbox and that they should be thrown on their front lawn. For this to then be a gift from a "fan" or "troll", man, that would mean they would have to live nearby. That seems unlikely to the Hulkster, man.

The Hulkster realizes that Chris is nothing like "The Million Dollar Man", Ted Dibiase. Chris, however, is not exactly The Genius when it comes to intelligence and likely thinks he can "influence" the "trolls" to send him free crap by claiming they did it. Afterall, he has tried to direct trolls to trolling other people before, man.

I can't stand it when parents trot out their child's autism in an amazon review when it is unnecessary.

You know, I wasn't posting it to point out any annoyance on my part with the act of throwing that in on a review, it was just because I thought it was funny and tangentially related to OPL, but you're right, the basic point of the comment is just as informative and valid without the diagnosis inclusion as it is if she had just said, "It made my 8 year old cry because of the lack of customized character in the game from the use of this figure." She must have a really special snowflake on her hands to need to put her child's personal details in such a public review of a piece of plastic and some digital code.

While the CWC is paying for these himself theory could definitely be valid here, there's also the possibility another person who likes this game got ripped off by the allure of the different paint scheme and just figured they would pack it back up and send it off to their favorite original creator and owner of :sonichu: to get it out of their hoard because they didn't like Halloween enough to have two of the same characters.
