Seriously, I know that the 'Chris is gay' posts generally aren't well received, but the guiche (gooch) is one of most popular piercings among gay men. So is he a lesbian or is he gay? He's really sending mixed messages here.
 
Guys, what if Chris did this himself?

As in no professional, he stuck a needle in there and put a looped earring though the hole?

It'll get infected or snagged on something. When I was a teenager I got an eyebrow piercing. Cleaned it properly but one day within the first week I woke up and it had swollen to the size of a ping pong ball. Now imagine how a piercing down there would react with a person who has a history of shitting themselves and not bathing.

Well it would fit the pattern. Chris shaved his pubic hair because Megan liked it. He got into Sailor Moon because Megan liked it. He was going to cut his hair in the style of some band the Wallflower liked. In Mumble 8 he said he would never get a piercing, and at other times has said he isn't attracted to tattoos or piercings on his partner. So I would guess there's an external source. It's such a specific body modification, coming out of nowhere.
