So I used to live in VA. Coastal, away from the stupid areas like Cville. This is a program I've never heard of but I agree with. Let's be honest and not autistic here. Also, the state takes mental health seriously since majority of the state is military and we all know veteran suicide rates are sky high and Sen Creigh Deeds son went nuts, VT shooting, numerous soldiers going nuts and killing cases and opioid bs.. So honestly, this is smart and really not a waste of the tax payers anymore than Chris's tugboat check. Besides, this is fucking funnier

This is a program I've never heard of but I agree with.

I can go along with that.

I have no background in the law and law enforcement, but my impression is the idea behind the program is to take slow-in-the-minds who annoy the heck out of people and bribe them to behave by giving them movie tickets and other cheap stuff if they stay out of trouble.

I agree that it would be nice if these people were grown up enough to think "I shouldn't do that because it's wrong" or failing that, "I shouldn't do that because I'll get in trouble," but if the alternative to chucking them into jail is cheap bribes (heck, I'll bet the theaters give matinee tickets away to charity) I think it's worth a shot. Jail's expensive, and if this keeps them out of trouble, great. It keeps the specials from annoying the normies, and if you don't annoy the normies, they won't flip out and shoot someone. It could be a cheap way to reduce friction in the city, and I'm all for that.

Whether or not Chris-Chan should be eligible as he is a violent offender is another question.

I don't think it's designed to make him any less crazy. My impression is that he can tweet about the Sonichu Apocalypse to his heart's content; this program is about keeping him from (metaphorically) shitting on his neighbor's lawn because he really wants that free ticket to a Solo matinee.
