reminding everyone (as usual) that chris is too much of a retard to go for any kind of a plea, that comparing him to manson or something is pure faggotry, and that this is the same exact bullshit that he is has done throughout his entire life

I'm sure his lawyer has told him to take a plea deal. Thing is, I don't if Chris understands how this works enough to actually listen to that advice. To him he did nothing wrong, and I'm sure in his twisted head the thought of getting to go up in front of people and tell them all he's a CPU Goddess Christ so it's okay might fit into his romantic perception of himself.

I think Chris is too dumb to even be a traditional sovcit (which is saying something). Or, rather, maybe say his attention span is too short to really get into any of it. But he has the same spirit, even if he doesn't do the shit like using red fingerprints or odd syntax- he thinks the rules should apply to anyone except him.

I mean, the guy thinks he's god. How much more 'sovereign' can you be?

I'm with you on this, but i'm also kind of in the "chris is too fucking stupid to know ANYTHING about the legal system" camp as well so i doubt he knows he has a right to a fair trial. i'm sure he's just gonna do whatever his attorney tells him and be done with it.

i've said it here before but public defenders do not give enough of a shit about their clients to push for an insanity plea. They have actual paying customers on the side who they need to focus on. I guarantee chris' case is being entirely handled by some overworked paralegal.

Maybe, I thought Chris would have slightly more IQ than the average potato. Honestly at this point does he recognize prison or a potential psychiatric hospital as a bad thing? Or would he just think it's like a summer camp?
