"And, I HAD tried the stuff on myself days before in the upstairs bathroom."
Edit: Also, yeah, I can confirm myself that he tested it beforehand.
I love that he sprayed it on his wrist like it was som freakin' Charlie.

If they look at the evaluation, then yes, it definitely contributes to the likelyhood that Chris is going to big boy jail. I don't know how significant that'll be though.Well, guess they were wrong then.
But then, with an official evaluation claiming that Fatty is OK, wouldn't that make him getting treatment at a housing facility less likely?
If his violent tendencies are not due to any identifiable psychopathologic disorder, wouldn't that make Chris just another dumb hoodlum?
Possibly, but it's not documented anywhere. That assessment was three years ago, Chris has got a lot worse since then. If nothing else his incredibly obvious gender and anger issues have really come to the fore in the last few years, and someone trespassing to protest a cartoon character is obviously not mentally well
Yes they do. They are split up into the same subgroups.Do these places exist for adults too, or only juveniles?
From his Facebook post, it sounds like he stuck some fake price tags with anti-Blarm messages onto the Sonic Boom cases some time prior to Boxing Day. Then, he genuinely thought that all he had to do to be let back in was to say "Oh, it's okay, I'm not here to carry out vandalism today, I just wanna buy some stuff."What exactly did Chris' vandalism of the display involve? Did he put labels on disc boxes, attach some kind of blocker to the display?
...quoted for emphasis. No matter how many people email the beleaguered prosecutors' office (and they really shouldn't), most of the knowledge we Christorians take for granted will NOT be taken into account by anyone in the upcoming legal affairs. Maybe by his third and fourth arrests, maybe if he somehow catches the eye of the local media, or maybe during an election year, there will be enough to establish a string of habitual offense or clear escalation to take harsher preemptive-measures in sentensing.Possibly, but it's not documented anywhere.
A few things are jumping out at me.
Chris claims he was at the mall with Barb, but it sounds like, when the police were looking for him, they went to the house and talked to her. Am I misunderstanding? Did they talk to her in the mall? It doesn't seem likely they'd know who she was unless Chris was with her. Did he drop her off, then go out to resume his rampage?
In the mugshot, it looks like he's wearing a shirt with a collar, not the MHS sweatshirt. Did he change his clothes at some point, or is he wearing a jail uniform? Would they give him clothes for a 3-day stay?
I took a look at his Sonic group, and holy shit. There are a ton of asshats encouraging him to "keep fighting the good fight!" Why in the world would anyone do that? Chris is mentally a child. People who are, presumably, neurotypical adults are cheering him on. I'm not blaming the trolls for Chris pepper-spraying an innocent bystander, but seriously, does anyone else think he's going to do something stupid again before his hearing? He has nobody in his life to sit him down and explain that these facebook idiots are not his friends, that they don't support his cause, they are just making fun of him. If we've learned anything in all this, it's that Chris is completely unpredictable, and encouraging him to act out could result in other people getting hurt. I know, weeners gotta ween, but seriously, that shit isn't funny.
Hopefully, this is going to be the final straw, and Chris will finally get the help that he needs. I've said before that some kind of assisted, supervised, group-living situation would benefit him tremendously. Some kind of structured routine, where he's forced to do chores, maintain hygiene, and keep to a schedule, not to mention, socialize with other people on a regular basis. And oh yeah, no Barb. Who knows, he might even learn to deal with damn ugly pretty-girl-taking males.
not to mention, socialize with other people on a regular basis.
Does Chris even desire socialization? All of the accounts of him going to social events report he mostly sits in the corner and plays his DS, even with the tism nothing is stopping him from going out and being social.

Not quite. Chris is a thirty-two year old man that acts like an immature, entitled little kid.Chris is mentally a child.
50-50 chance he might. Though right now Barb is keeping him busy moving the Hoard back into it's ancestral home.People who are, presumably, neurotypical adults are cheering him on. I'm not blaming the trolls for Chris pepper-spraying an innocent bystander, but seriously, does anyone else think he's going to do something stupid again before his hearing?
To Chris they're suppose to be his personal army (and if they're female china dispensers), he doesn't consider them to be his friends. He has nobody in his life to sit him down and explain that these facebook idiots are not his friends, that they don't support his cause, they are just making fun of him.
Chris will do things if he wants to regardless of what people say. Chris isn't going to a group home, he isn't going to receive therapy, he's (probably) going to jail.Hopefully, this is going to be the final straw, and Chris will finally get the help that he needs. He's a child in the body of a 32 year old man. There is no way this is all an elaborate ruse.

Unfortunately, they are the only people outside of Barb he has any contact with, and as such, they have more influence on him than they would someone who is less isolated.

Seriously, where the hell do people get this idea that the courts are going to order Chris to go to therapy? To the system he's a nothing more then a criminal with some weird hang ups. That's it.
He's also someone who's mentally disabled, and deteriorating. I agree, he should not be running around unsupervised, but I think that jail would be a mistake.
Who said anything about this being a ruse? He's a child in the body of a 32 year old man. There is no way this is all an elaborate ruse.
You're severely overestimating how much influence the facebook weens have on him.Unfortunately, they are the only people outside of Barb he has any contact with, and as such, they have more influence on him than they would someone who is less isolated.
Autism isn't a mental disability and Chris' wretched behavior is his own doing. He's had a life time of being coddled and has evaded most of the consequences for his behavior. You may feel it's a mistake to send him to jail, but he broke the law. That's the way the ball bounces. He's also someone who's mentally disabled, and deteriorating. Bob set him up on SSDI, who knows what he put on there. Chris isn't so disabled that he can't tie his shoes or get a degree (regardless of how long it took) or drive a car (however poorly). Yes, his autism might make a few things more difficult for him, but he's not incapable of functioning on his own and surviving.Autism is enough of a disability that he qualifies for SSDI. It's harder to do than you might think. Also, he clearly has some other mental issues.
I still want to know though... where was Barb?
china dispensers
If only his parents had gotten him the help before this all went downhill (not move out of town for Chris to go to a different school), his life would've turned out for the better. He desires contact pretty badly I think. I mean, he's texting girls who haven't responded for months. The problem is he doesn't know how to socialize. Borb bought him friends in high school, so he never actually learned social skills and whatever he may have learned, he's forgotten in the past decade that he's spent in near-complete isolation.
Gullible.ETA: This is also the reason I really don't like what I am seeing in the facebook group. Chris is desperate enough for human interaction that he will believe anyone who seems supportive.
