I know mcdonalds isn't good for you, but probably mostly because people don't exercise enough and get fat. And weight complicates a whole bunch of other problems. But I'm curious about what if you worked your ass off. I'm thinking, as far as serious health problems go, it'd come down to cholesterol. So I'm wondering how exercise affects cholesterol. Like, not all dietary cholesterol becomes body cholesterol.
And yeah, missing some nutrients would be bad, but you could eat food that's a lot less shitty than mcdonalds and have the exact same problem.
A high glycemic diet worsens acne, though the grease thing isn't as substantiated (you're worse off using greasy skin care products). The thing about high fat diets and cholesterol is that, especially in men, it builds up over the years even if you work your ass off. People live longer on low-meat diets in that sense. There's no good fat/cholesterol in McDonalds like there would be in, say, walnuts, avocados or eggs.
As for the missing nutrients thing, yes? I mean if you eat nothing but spinach you'll get your iron but you won't get your protein. If you want to get all your nutrients then eat a balanced diet. McDonalds once or twice a month won't kill you but for godssakes don't live off it.
