I actually volunteered at a soup kitchen this morning (got up at 4 ugh). Mine, at least, was only for the homeless.
 
My Christmas was probably better then the one at Casa Chandler and all I'm doing is work, screw around on the web for a few hours, sleep, and then go to work again tonight. What a weird thought.

(Don't worry, though. I'm doing Christmas on the 27th this year.)
 
doesn't Barbara have a sister? I remember reading that when looking up her other husbands, extended family we don't have much info on beyond the step brothers and step sisters, (whom I wonder what they think of them)

Yeah, Harriet. A while back I did some research and it seems that her husband died around the same time as Bob. From the pictures in the LULY thread they used to be fairly close but age, insanity and hoarding have probably taken that link away.

It may very well be useless at the moment if he did. I got one today and PSN appears to be down. Never mind the fact that there's nothing of merit on the system yet. Never mind that OPL wouldn't care about that. *SIGH*
 
Chris and Barb probably had a pretty miserable Christmas.

Not to be morbid, but this may very well be one of Barb's last Christmases, at least at 14BC; she's in very bad shape, after all. By this time next year she may be in a nursing home getting real care instead of a manchild binding her holey buttocks.
 
Didn't Bob put his foot down on Christmas in the Chandler household years ago any way? Up until a point, Christmas for the Chandlers was centred entirely round a certain entitled manbaby, and Borb just bought him shit because they were expected to.

I'd like to think that 20+ years ago, the Chandlers celebrated Christmas like normal people. They had friends and family who still gave a shit, they lived in a house where one could walk from room to room without squeezing round a pile of dollar store crap or slipping on dogshit, and their child was actually at an appropriate age to have childrens toys given to him by "Santa Claus"

Funny thing is, I bet Santa would give him a girlfriend to shut him up if only he could get inside his house to give her to him, but all the entrances and exits are blocked off.

Only death will come between Barb and her precious hoard. Even if she could somehow separate herself from her life's work voluntarily, between those two lazy slobs who have completely alienated themselves from every friend and family member who would ever possibly give a shit about them, who would take the initiative to get Barb moved to a nursing home? Absolutely no one.

How would they pay for a nursing home anyway? Those things can cost upwards of $5,000 a month.

Christmas is like anything thing else in life, you get out what you put into it.

For years Chrissy and Barb have squandered the good will they had from friends and family and now at the time of year when most of us are surrounded by our loved ones, exchanging gifts to express our affection for one and another what do Chris and Bard have?

Exactly what they deserve!

On the flip side..Merry X-Mas too all my fellow Christorians! May your holidays be full of mirth and cheer and good times with family.

And pickles..lots of pickles!

(I loooooved deep fried pickles...its a weird family tradition; don't ask :D )
