Is it just me or has Rosario Dawson aged horribly? She looks like someone gave a bunch of growth hormones to a goblin.

Dante already admitted that he wasn’t supposed to be here in the last two films, and now they want to make a third one with Rosario Dawson?

The Clerks cartoon was a great way to cap off the success of those two movies. This will just be like the stoner version of Lightyear, but with 40 to 50 year old Gen X-ers reminiscing about their young millennial days.

Anyway, here’s a memorable favorite from the cartoon version:

 
After seeing the trailer.... I'm actually gonna see it.

Now, I fully expect it to suck, but the fact that in 2 minutes of trailer there's not a single CURRENT YEAR bait sold it to me.

I loved Clerks 2, in some ways I thought it was better than Clerks 1 even if nowhere near iconic, I wanted Clerks 3 for a few years until it became clear that Kevin Smith had nothing left to say directing and writing-wise, but eh, for old time's sake. It's like going to a 25 year reunion or something. You know it's gonna be fat and most people are just gonna be old and sad, and the same shitty jokes and callbacks, but whatever, why not get drunk, bite the bullet and go anyway, what's the worst thing that could happen?
 
I don't like Kevin Smith. I think he missed his calling doing stand up/being a story teller because that was some funny shit. But yeah, as a filmmaker he's mostly really bad. I liked Clerks 2 and thought the first one was just okay. Clerks 3 looks awful. Whatever funny that Smith possessed was drained out of him by the time he made Tusk and Yoga Hosers.

Wasn't that movie just an excuse to get his daughter in a main role on the screen somehow? I'd rather sit through the entire Paranormal Activity series instead of watching 5 minutes of that piece of crap movie ever again. Which goes for most of what Smith ever made.
I guess there are people excited for this, but I can't imagine many people were waiting for a third instalment of this. I expect weeks of IMDB mainpage shilling for Smith now, for whatever reason they suck his dingdong for weeks even when he just goes to an event.
 
I will probably see this just because of the nostalgia bait. It did make me chuckle a couple times during the trailer.
 
Honestly, the trailer wasn't horrible, which in today's climate is a miracle.

But I can't say I'm overly interested in seeing this either.
