I'm kind of curious if she's actually autistic, since I've seen seen so many people from tumblr play pretend. Would this happen to someone who is autistic?

Not unless she got violent towards herself or others, which can happen during meltdowns, though most parents with an autistic child have learned how to deal with their child's meltdowns by the time they're as old as this chick is,so to call the cops it'd have to be a very violent episode.If she's autistic, she's definitely functional enough that code grey would be a last resort as meltdowns tend to be about control and restraints will only make the patient feel even less in control.
