The Texas National Guard just seized control of the border area in the town of Eagle Pass from Federal Agents. US Customs and Border Patrol Agents had up until today been running a "processing area" in Shelby Park, a public park in the municipality that abuts the US-Mexico Border. The Texas Guard entered the area this morning with visible weapons and heavy vehicles and ordered the Federal Agents to vacate.

Joe “Free Palestine” Biden announces that USA does not support Taiwan’s independence, and his Secretary of State said in agreement that any and all relationship between Taiwan and US is subject to the One China Policy (that recognises People’s Republic of China as the real China and has acknowledged PRC as the sole owner of Taiwan since 1972)


This is in sharp contrast to Biden’s constant threats to invade China if it attempts to do anything to Taiwan

Rumble is currently under investigation by the SEC. The speculation is that it's due to Rumble probably inflating their monthly active users and watch time analytics.

Just to give you an example of what I mean by ‘The creator of Hazbin Hotel, VivziePop aka Vivienne Medrano, is a lolcow’, there has been recent drama that gives a prime example of what I mean, especially in regards to how VivziePop reacts to criticism:

This all started with a callout xeet that accused Viv of hiring a storyboard artist who drew rape fetish art of two of her characters (while also debunking a talking point that said person was an abuse victim themselves and the rape shit is just “vent art”), having questionable interactions with minors, and being behind a sort-of rapey pin merchandise design that was officially co-signed by Viv:

Now this callout was made back in December, but started to gain traction as the Hazbin Hotel premiere grows nearer and nearer (Jan 18). How does Viv respond to this? Does she ignore it? Does she give a simple “fuck off” or “I don’t care”? Does she accept the criticism and do something about the animator?

Keep in mind that this behavior comes from a woman who runs an animation studio and that is doing business dealings with Amazon and A24. These meltdowns aren’t a new thing and happen every once in awhile, usually when something criticizing or mocking her gets traction on Xitter.

Also she had this to say earlier about a scene in one of Hazbin’s music vids where a character (who is a gay prostitute) gets raped/implied raped:

Viviziepop continues to have a big fat downfall. (WARNING: TUMBLR DRAMATHREAD AHEAD) as Viviziepop is currently trending on Twitter with about 40K+ tweets. Now, why is that happening? Well,

1. The animation studio, Spindlehorse, has recieved some callouts from ex-workers in an anonymous spreadsheet. The studio gives low pay for industry standards, has disorganisation present, has favoritism, (some getting paid around $1000 A WEEK while others get $60/35 per approved second) All the higher-ups are all friends, and any lower-ranking staff get fired, THEY ALSO SPREAD LIES ABOUT FIRED STAFF AND MAKE UP HORRID RUMOURS ABOUT THEM, and finally, Spindlehorse artists are not paid for revisions. 2. Some staff hired, are very horrible/questionable. This also includes Vivziepop defending sexual harassment, and hired someone with a rape and "noncon" fetish. Also treating rape as a "harmless kink", and of course, still having slapfights on Threads. Link to post starting here.
