Mr. Beast, in an abysmal attempt to repair his reputation, has been caught trying to get popular content creators like Pyrocynical to watch a video that allegedly debunks several claims made against him; specifically, ones made in the video by Dogpack404.

Furthermore, the creator of said video, a youtuber by the name of Soggy Cereal, is under scrutiny for possibly being a paid shill by Mr. Beast as it has been discovered that despite him being an incredibly small youtuber who didn't make long-form content prior to the Mr. Beast/Dogpack404 one, he was somehow able to convince Mr. Beast employees to come in for interviews, and gain access to their recordings in less than three weeks.

Lastly in a hilarious twist of irony, the same video that's supposed to make Mr. Beast look good not only confirms the identity of the former employee who was alleged to have been caught sexually assaulting one of their assistants, it also reveals that they were fired, and then rehired when their alleged victim left the company.

The Kiwifarms keeps growing. Attracting new users with different experiences and expertise. Two new users have joined the site to comment on the homebrew HRT community and the recent surge of DIY HRT kits (TeaHRT) that are circulating.
From a post of an alleged formulation chemist pointing out that it's a bad idea to inject most likely impure materials into your system.
To another post from an alleged pharmaceutical compounder going into detail, reviewing the process that TeaHRT uses to make troonshine and the price that the premade vials are sold at (and how they are ripoff).

Liz-Fong Jones created a blocklist on Bluesky specifically targeted at Kiwifarms users under the guise of "End Networked Harassment" (this would be a list that a user can subscribe to, to block whatever kind of content/accounts the list claims to block). It has not gone well.

The judge in Dave Muscato's upcoming trial for theft, stalking and harassment has rejected his attorney's request for a continuance and the prosecution has filed for discovery, so it is looking like the trial will go ahead on the 4th December in Columbia, MO. The hearing is, so far as the thread understands, public but will not be recorded or broadcast, so any local Kiwis wishing to witness La Principessa in action may be the only sources we will have on what goes on, save for probably a transcript.


As a reminder, Dave is on trial for various offences committed during his deranged campaign against his father, including busking on the pavement outside his house singing (badly) libellous and shitty songs, and using his father's account for hundreds of dollars worth of meals at the local Country Club without permission.

Dave is currently abusing a law that lets abuse victims hide their addresses in public records, because his dad once told him to get off his couch and get a job. Last week he managed to dox his apartment building.

On his stream tonight, Bill Jensen/Shane Boyle decided to acknowledge the Squee46/Brett Thomas Situation, where he talks about how he has decided to ban Squee from his server permanently after finding out about the situation and that he will never be involved with the Christianity Hotline anymore.

He also discusses his plans on moving from YouTube to Kick, and that he had apparently gained some sponsors, although with this Squee news coming out, who knows if they're willing to stay with Shane. What is most notable about this is that Shane claims that the Squee situation is just allegations when there has been actual proof shown of Squee lusting over women and people claiming to be minors, so it is possible that Squee had a somewhat close connection to Bill and he is struggling to understand that he would do this kind of stuff.

Because we in the Dave Muscato thread are all a bunch of gurning retards apparently, it wasn't until @waffle wandered into the thread and tard-wrangled us that it became apparent that there had been a number of publicly-available documents on his trial, some of which (especially the "Probable Cause" documents) contain high comedy:

They also reveal, amongst other things, that the prosecutor thinks he won't appear in court, that he has an open FBI file and that he seems to have a job selling predatory loans to old people. One of them contained his unredacted SSN, which has been removed for Jersh's wellbeing. Nice going, MO court system!

There's bad news and good news in regards to finding out what happens at the trial - a transcript will cost a hefty $800, but we may have a Kiwi Field Agent to report back to us.

Other notable details not connected to the trip:
  • Andy paid someone $5k to work on some kind of water physic for his game that he never uses
  • A paypig named Psycho Gungnir aka Beiser lost his job recently and Andy banned people (either from chat or discord server, I can't remember it) who told him to cool it off with the donations
  • Andy banned 20 - 30 people from his paypig server because they made fun of him after the salt papi fight. Iron also said Andy was crying while on the calls with the paypigs
  • Ashton has a secret gf that's living with him, Andy told Iron she's built like a potato (Vaush's gf type of body)
