Nick Rekieta denies that the intake summary from February 2009 relates to his children, but admits that he dealt with two "CPS cases" prior to his arrest on May 23. This would appear to relate to the summaries dated February 15, 2023 and May 16, 2024. He insists that these cases "were screened out as not sufficient and ignored because there was no actual basis for them."

It's not known if he went to his shower to type this message correcting the record but his profile picture does appear to include his shower.
