A while ago, you may have heard a story about a sports rag named ‘Deadspin’ accusing a 9-year old Kansas City Chiefs football fan of racism for wearing a Native American headdress.

Update on the situation: the boy’s family sued Deadspin and the judge has denied Deadspin’s motion to dismiss. The judge also said this which seems to show things are not looking good for Deadspin legally speaking:
“Deadspin published an image of a child displaying his passionate fandom as a backdrop for its critique of the NFL’s diversity efforts and, in its description of the child, crossed the fine line protecting its speech from defamation claims,” the judge wrote.

“Having reviewed the complaint, the court concludes that Deadspin’s statements accusing H.A. of wearing black face and Native headdress ‘to hate black people and the Native American at the same time,’ and that he was taught this hatred by his parents, are provable false assertions of fact and are therefore actionable,” Lugg added.

Only a few hours after these discoveries, the account was privated. 'Chungus obsessively lurks his thread so this should come as no surprise, but everything on the account was archived.

David Fowler, The Drag Queen Pastor, seems to have waited until 5 PM EST, the night Hurricane Milton hits Florida, to have friends help him evacuate.

David lives out of his car in Titusville, FL, pretty much in direct path of the hurricane itself (see above post).

Hurricane Milton Happenings Update​

Hurricane Milton made landfall near Siesta Key, Florida as a Category 3 Hurricane on 8:30 PM (20:30) EST/EDT today (Wednesday / 9 October). By 10:30 PM (22:30) EST/EDT, it downgraded to a Category 2 Hurricane.

Previously, Hurricane Milton became a Category 5 on Monday (7 October). On Tuesday (8 October), it weakened to a Category 4 Hurricane and strengthened back to C5, before it weakened again back to C4. On Wednesday, so today, Milton weakened from a C4 to a C3.

Game show, baseball, and politics-obsessed landwhale Cory Anotado decided to have a event called the "Game Show Gauntlet" at the Peale Museum in Baltimore all last week, where all people did was play shitty video games that Cory made.

It appears however that the event didn't go to well, as indicated by comments made by people responding to him. Cory has privated his twitter account and he hasn't exactly used his threads account that much since he doesn't get any replies from that website so this is all we have to get from the event.

So to try and make up on the lost revenue from the failed game show event, he is now grifting more money from his fanbase by selling these t-shirt designs through the improv group that he was working with, cause after all who wouldn't want to wear these beauties out in public?

Yung Filly, an associate of the London-based content group, "Beta Squad" has been arrested in Australia on rape and assault charges. These allegations stem from while being on tour, he raped a girl in her mid-20s in a hotel room after meeting her at a club. His bond has been revoked by the judge.
