Today in open source drama:

Daniel Micay is attacking Louis Rossmann's company FUTO, claiming it's not open source, whining about it supposedly causing him millions of dollars in damage and accusing him of harassment and swatting.

He is also accusing FUTO of being tied to "fascists" like Curtis Yarvin, accusing Rossmann of still using GrapheneOS (he isn't), arguing with everybody who disagrees, blocking those he can't rebut and threatening a lawsuit against FUTO.

BuzzHeavier.com, an anonymous file sharing website got taken down by the feds due to someone uploading 9TB of CSAM onto their servers.

TL;DR​

  1. A large volume of child porn was recently uploaded to leading to an investigation and seizure of proxy servers by authorities.
  2. Our storage provider has also placed our account on hold.
  3. You can't access old buzzheavier files until the storage provider removes account hold.
  4. I am not able to access my account? - You can use your account id to log in at our mirror site trashbytes.net, but you won't be able to access the files until the matter is not resolved

Polissa Campbell (aka Polissa Snow) proposed a “Black Monday” protest on TikTok in response to the election results. People are asked to wear black and not go to work on Inauguration Day. Bear in mind that Polissa herself has been on SSDI since the late 2000s. Also bear in mind that Inauguration Day also falls on Martin Luther King Jr Day, a federal holiday, so many people won’t be working anyway.
