There have been issues getting Dave Muscato's trial livestreamed, but never fear because top Kiwi field agent @Crocodylus Acutus has attended the first day in person and provided extremely thorough notes on proceedings:

Let me preface this post by saying that Dave was largely not a factor in today's trial, as far as his presence in the courtroom was concerned. Tomorrow should be the day for theatrics from him, as he will (hopefully) have to testify. Today's trial consisted of two parts: voir dire (jury selection) and subsequently evidence, which consisted of multiple testimonies and exhibits.

The trial began at 9:00 a.m. with 65 respective jurors, and the jury selection process ended with 12 jurors in total I believe. Most of the jurors seemed to be older people, mainly boomers...

Dave is expected to testify on the second day. Given that many of the questions asked to prospective jurors involved their views on trans issues and "narcissism" this could be a good one.
 
We may have an update on Andrew Dobson. User @Pickle Inspector discovered a unique logo on Andrew Dobson's official PayPal account. User @Enig then reverse image searched the logo and found A YouTube animation channel with the exact same logo, with projects, subjects, and styles aligned with Andrew Dobson.

This is the first strong evidence for an Andrew Dobson sighting in about half a decade.

Edit to add: user @notorietus provided more evidence suggesting that this is, indeed, Dobson.

Also, after briefly perusing the channel, it deserves to be noted that this channel does not feature any of Dobson's old bad behaviours, and it does feature decent-to-good animation.

In an update to the story of the ”Ziz” tranny death cult, it is being reported that Teresa "Milo" Youngblut, one of the Zizians involved in the shootout with law enforcement that led to the death of border patrol agent David Maland has now been formally charged with murder (having previously only been charged with using a deadly weapon while assaulting a federal agent).

Notably, the Department of Justice has authorized prosecutors to seek the death penalty

In an action packed day, we have a new update on one of the Ethan Klein lawsuits.
Alexandra Marwa Saber aka Denims has filed her response, and it puts to rest the speculations that she might attempt to quickly settle.
At least they are trying the blanket denial defense first and see if the judge is a leftist comrade.

She claims, among other things, that her blatant theft of copyrighted material is actually covered by fair use.

New legal happenings with Poppy Diabplique, the MTF therapist being sued for false rape allegations.

Poppy's license has been under investigation for months by LARA, the Michigan licensing board for therapists. Recently, one of Poppy's ex-girlfriends revealed why. Poppy gave her, and others members of his discord, access to his client's confidential information. He was too lazy to follow up with insurance companies himself, and tried to outsource this work to his discord kittens. Here is a document the ex wrote, including more evidence verifying Poppy's adult child's claims of abuse.

ETA: Poppy was also using Saige as free labor to harass clients whose insurance hadn’t paid out while Saige was still recovering from surgery. Saige was never an employee of Poppy’s practice nor was she HIPAA certified despite Poppy giving her access to patient info. Poppy also shared client stories with Saige but just didn’t share the names thinking that was ok.

There has been no official announcement about the status of this case. However, Poppy's reaction made it clear how LARA ruled. Per Poppy's ex, he cried discrimination as a trans woman.
