Update: after about a day, Queen of Moralfaggotry and professional Farms lurker Kiwi Tapes has decided that he actually doesn't feel all that bad about grifting off of KingCobraJFS' death and, after silently deleting the screenshotted announcement post, quietly unprivated all of his videos covering him.

Ethan engaged in a lot of low-effort edgyboi shitposting and a lot of low-effort self-promotion on this account around 2010 and for a couple years after. In non-CDL related jeet news, Mutahar, aka SomeOrdinaryGamers, a Youtuber with 3.8M subscribers, released a video discussing his support for Kiwi Farms' and 4Chan's newly filed suit against OfCom for OfCom's attempts at British-ing the entire Internet and punishing of those who won't comply.

The first third of the video discusses the suit generally and his support for the Plaintiffs, then goes on to talk about his general disdain for the surveillance state. He mentions the Farms by name only a handful of times, focusing primarily on 4Chan when discussing the suit.

Discuss if this is due to Null's hatred of Indians or some other reasons in Mutahar's thread or in the KF/4chan VS Ofcom Lawsuit thread

Aaron's odds are considered below average by most Rekieta regulars, but as we've seen from Nick's PSI report, there's always a chance for unexpected fireworks.
As @MNPublicRecords notes, Nick and Melton appear to have not yet entered evidence in their defence, this is likely a strategic manoeuvre to enter late as possible to minimise Aaron's counsel from making an effective rebuttal. But could sitting on their hands end up blowing up in their faces? Come hang out in the thread, observe proceedings and laugh at whoever loses.

More notably, despite there being hundreds, if not thousands of highly negative reviews of the kiwifarms (usually calling it the most deplorable website on earth) Joe Winko left quite a unique and heartfelt review of the kiwifarms.
In an image comparing the kiwifarms to reddit.com, fetlife.com and realjock.com, an image of 3 crying men was used to illustrate k-farms users and despite being a "hate website" people here were actually pretty supportive of him and that "none of us are even gay" (considering that Joe was gay, this is basically a certification that kiwifarms is absolutely not gay):

After multiple continuances, Aaron Imholte and Nick Rekeita finally had their hearing on whether Aaron's restraining order against Nick Rekeita should be extended and it was pure kino.

Some highlights from those that attended via Zoom:
  • Nick looked like a greasy faggot with blue tinted sunglasses indoors (likely to hide bloodshot eyes from recent substance abuse)

  • Aaron was uncharacteristically prepared, having both excellent answers and evidence of Nick's harassment towards him
  • Nick refused to take anything seriously, grinning when Aaron brought up incidents such as Nick sending him death threats.
  • Nick's lawyer being unprepared (asking bizarre statements likely fed to him by Nick, such as how Aaron shouldn't be able to use Hackamania as evidence unless he uploads the whole 3 day event)
  • Dabbleverse retards being a nuisance in the zoom call, annoying the judge who know they're on Nick's side
  • The judge bitch slapping Nick's lawyer for his regular retarded objections
  • Nick live-tweeting insults about Aaron during his trial where he's accused of harassing Aaron
It ended with NICK BEING KICKED OUT OF HIS OWN HEARING AFTER BEING ACCUSED OF ILLEGALLY RECORDING THE TRIAL. (It's likely he wasn't actually recording the trial, and the clerk mistook Nick using OBS as a video source as him recording it. As of right now there's no evidence Nick's in trouble for it.) The trial was then given another continuance and Nick's been ordered not to talk about the case.

The hearing took far longer than expected, so long in fact that they had to reschedule Melton's hearing about Aaron's HRO against him that was meant to take place immediately after.

Doesn't look good for Nick.

I haven't been able to confirm that this is Joey Hall, but a birthdate of 1961 would make him 26 when Jason was born - pretty reasonable for a Gen Xer. If you plug the email into haveibeenpwned.com, you do see that it was included in Ashley Madison leaks for the games industry.

In case you've been living under a rock for nine years, Dead by Daylight is a popular asymmetric multiplayer game where one killer hunts four survivors. An opinion held by many fans is that the game is designed to favor survivors over the killers, allegedly because there are four survivors in each game and only one killer. This Friday Dead by Daylight got a massive rework that attempts to stop camping and slugging, two popular strategies used by killers.

The devs also reworked several killers to align them with the new gameplay changes. Amusingly, the Devs obviously knew that these changes would be controversial because they are already trying to do damage control and explain their reasoning.
