Aaron’s sentencing was supposed to be in October but got moved to this coming Tuesday, 9/30. It is an in-person hearing.

11:30AM CST for his sentencing in his criminal case for Nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.
To give a quick recap, on May 27, 2024, Aaron delivered a
monumental unforced error by sending XM Radio retiree
Geno Bisconte an image of Kayla Rekieta (wife of Nicholas Rekieta)'s breasts,
live on air.
The resultant snitching by the Rekietas and Dabbleverse alogs easily gained a W and a rapid arrest on the Toe. Despite a faulty case, dubious evidence and recalcitrant witnesses, Aaron plead guilty anyway.
He was originally due to be sentenced back in June 25th, but Aaron was found to have violated his bail's
unconstitutional, yet agreed upon conditions. The judge granted continuance to Aaron to reconsider his case, leading to today's hearing.
Nick Rekieta
will be present at the hearing as "support to the victim", but
has been very explicitly informed by the judge not to
fuck around, lest to
find out and break his
own probation agreement.
Yesterday, the prosecution claimed that Aaron's committed a
SECOND violation of his bail conditions, due to Geno Bisconte openly talking about Kayla Rekieta during a standup set at Aaron's anniversary show.
In response to this, Aaron Imholte quickly cobbled together a defence that
Geno Bisconte was explicitly prewarned not to "give him a reason to fuck me over", suggesting Geno went off-script and that Aaron may not be at fault.
It remains to seen if this new alleged violation will affect proceedings today. Speculation within the Dabbleverse inner circles is that Aaron will be going to prison today,
information seemingly fed by Rekieta.

he intends to sue Aaron Imholte in civil court, seeking damages for harm to his wife’s reputation as well as losses allegedly inflicted on his company, Rekieta Media, LLC, through a series of damaging interviews and defamatory statements. The Balldoverse has been in a prolonged drought since the HROs began, and thread regulars are eager for today’s theatrics to deliver a fresh wellspring of khantent. There’s even a chance we may see a
new complaint filed and served through the bars of Stearns County Jail.
