A reddit user has been sentenced to 30 months in Federal prison for threatening to kill conservative Christians with an AR-15 if Trump won the election. The longer than usual sentence is due to a Hate Crime motivations enhancement.

There's some more information brought to light about this case from the Lolcow Legal thread about this lawsuit. The H3 Snark subreddit moderators responded to the lawsuit as well. In the lawsuit, they claimed that if they were unmasked they would be "targets of swatting".
The snark mods are trying to argue that Ethan getting sent the skulls was a hoax by using Taylor Lorenz as a source. Furthermore, the posts from Ethan's thread are being used as proof of "incitement of harassment" from "Ethan Klein's supporters as seen in discussion threads across Kiwi Farms and other forums".
For this, they list 3 posts. The 1st comes from the DSP threadregular @Keith the Horse Fucker (post here), the 2nd comes from @Smithfield Ham (post here), and the 3rd comes from @RosalinaEnjoyer223 (Interestingly enough, the @RosalinaEnjoyer223 account posted once in the Ethan Klein thread and hasn't posted since).

For those not familiar with the drama, the TL;DR is that Destiny was recording his encounters with women (and men), sometimes secretly, and sending them to Discord kittens while trying to get them to sleep with him. One such kitten was Rose, a high school student living with her parents who would film sexual content of herself (sometimes with others) and send it to Destiny in return. She turned out to have been 17 during much of that, making the images and videos she made for Destiny CSAM.
It's in a court document because the woman in one of the videos Destiny sent Rose without her consent didn't appreciate it very much when the video got leaked, and so she's suing Destiny for revenge porn.

The Kreemy Kween of Kuweight (Foodie Beauty) allegedly had some form of a panic attack/insulin/fat attack and fainted at the airport.
