In an update to this, the lawyer for the victim of Johnny Somali's deepfake porn has petitioned the prosecutor's office to appeal.

In the original sentencing, the judge determined that the victim felt "no severe sexual humiliation," and thus did not factor this into his sentence.

With the victim's lawyer's petition, prosecutors are now being asked to seek an extended sentence for Johnny Somali. Regardless of whether this is eventually granted, so long as the appeal is being heard, Johnny will remain in custody, meaning if proceedings last longer than 6 months, he could continue to stay in prison until a verdict is reached.

Flock has responded by saying it isn't true then linking a press release where they say it is true but they were just testing to make sure their search engine "didn't return any results when you tried searching for "star of david" to protect peoples first amendment rights and shit" and that this is why their sales team needed to access the child pool cameras.

In 2025, Phil Burnell (white DSP) had a moment on stream where he attempted to insult Kino Casino or someone else by saying "welcome... home" because their views had dipped a little. Only a few days after he said this phrase, his streams cratered in popularity as Kino Casino viewers/supporters left and it immediately made someone in chat say "Welcome Home" back to DSP which threw him into a rage.

The moment was heavily mocked and if you search for the term "welcome home" on his k-farms thread, there are far more than 10 pages of results for it:
