In an update to the previous Johnny Somali news, Both Legal Mindset and Atozy report a dual-dose of fucking stupidity and inevitable fate as not only has Johnny appealed his incredibly lenient 6 month sentence of prison with hard labour when the prosecution was asking for 3 years, the prosecution has offically appealed the sentence as well!
This means that Johnny played himself badly, as now the term of his entire sentence and new trial will be spent waiting in a massively overcrowded detention center reportedly at 130% capacity where as the lowest man in the totem pole, he will be sleeping next to the open air ditch toilet in his disgustingly overcrowded cell for the entirety of his term, his new trial will not even start until September, shortly before he was due to be released! The camp is reported to be 'worse then prison' and 'like Hell' from former inmates.
However, Johnny would still be stuck there because of the prosecution appeal. Both appeals will be covered in the new trial which will be overseen by a higher court with a panel of 3 judges, so his his light sentence is believed extremely likely to be extended to be closer to the original recommended 3 years hard labour.
There is also still the possibility of new child-sex offenses being pressed due to his conduct when playing loud sexually aggressive statements in a kid's amusement park. This would guarantee his placement on the U.S. sex offender registry should he be convicted on these new charges. Discuss in the Johnny Somali thread.
