She definitely does it more as a hobby than a way to make a living that's obvious. She doesn't need the cash anyway as she'll get full custody of the weans and Markus will need to keep her in the style she's become accustomed to. No judge is going to even think of giving him shared custody.

I didn't mean he'd be paying her aliment specifically, rather that child support will more than cover her and the kids. He's got no chance in hell of getting shared custody so she'll be keeping the kids full time no doubt which means he'll pay enough for the kids + her. His income is way higher than Sue's so if she did want to be a cunt and take it to court he'd get fucked big time. No judge in all the land is going to side with the big, bad nazi who taught his dog to be racist. Hell they'd probably try and bar him access to his kids if it goes that way. He knows he's got to play it sweet or he's humped. I wonder if that's why he didn't want the news coming out. He has a criminal record sure, but it’s not like he was convicted for raping kids on livestream, armed robbery or anything that would cause serious concern for a judge.
There are former couples where the father is a serial offender who still has a custody arrangement, these days the priority is keeping kids out of care rather than making an example of misbehaving fathers.
Regarding the Nazi pug, Family Judges are not going to fully give a fuck about what was clearly a prank which went horribly wrong for Markus.
Especially as this happened before they went to serious effort to conceive.

If he is not agreeable to her terms it will go through other processes before courts.
She will have to have a good explanation as to why she can’t work or whatever.
As I said a while back, her best explanation is being a stay at home mother and childcare issues.
If Markus offers to step in or provide childcare, it weakens her demands.
He will have to feed the kids and house them and whatnot. Granted she may be able to game it so he pays for a home for them, but these days it’s not so easy for the woman to point at a 6 bedroom house with a massive garden and say “that or nothing”.
If he is refused any kind of custody, it also actually gives him leeway to pay less support.
Its not a case of Sue can just show up at court and the judge will grant her 100k a month and writing the cheque is the only contact he is allowed.
A lot of these fathers for justice cases are situations where the father was a young hothead and despite being given chances was not able to keep up with an arrangement.
Sometimes it’s not actual criminal records, but a combination of mental health issues and consistent resulting irresponsibility.
Family courts really try to do anything that they can to keep families as intact and parental relationships as stable as possible.
Maybe Sue will go out of her way to be a bitch and maybe Markus will decide, fuck that wench and her squalling brats, and start shooting heroin on stream while sucking off Finnster on only fans, while denying that the kids are his.
But until that happens he has a good chance of resolving this without getting reamed by the courts.
