Another comeback that’s similar to the anime one is when people are snobbish enough to point out small spelling errors in one’s argument against them. Not only would they be avoiding their argument, but they would double as a grammar nazi as well. I can understand when someone’s spelling is either abysmal or they’re foriegn so they can’t speak perfect english, but when it’s just one or two misspells or punctuation errors, there’s no need to get on your high-horse to point out those small flaws to weakly shield yourself from their criticism.
