I've not tried VR myself (lack of money and space) but I believe the proponents of it. I don't mind VR only games because you can't simply make the same game for flat screen and have it work just as well, in the same way those retro demakes of games are recognizable but different.
But even if you don't like VR, fine. More power to you. The problem is Crowbcat's video is 6 years old now, and yet anti-VR people still point to it as the ultimate argument winner. It would be like saying to 3D gaming is a gimmick that won't go anywhere, and your proof is to point to the launch lineup of the 3DO, while ignoring the entire PS1 and N64 library.
He goes with the majority opinion and low hanging fruit exclusively. eg. His Back 4 Blood video was definitive, but the game was already being review bombed before his video.
