This is the most pertinent question imho. If he really believes all this merge shit and doesn't abandon it all as make-believe as soon as he realizes that the jail arc is deadly serious and for real, he may possibly be ruled incompetent to stand trial. If they can't drug him back into reality in 90 days or less so he can stand trial, he could spend an indefinite amount of time in the nut hatch without benefit of trial---potentially more than the 10 - 12 years maximum sentence he's facing.

Idk if you guys are following the Lori Vallow Daybell case or not, but there are some interesting similarities (the most major difference being that she's up for the murder of her own two children). Lori Vallow Daybell got hooked up with a weird Mormon-aligned doomsday cult. She believed that people were being possessed or body-snatched or something and replaced with evil beings; the cult called them "zombies". Somewhere along the way she came to believe that her two children were "zombies", and allegedly, her brother and her new husband/cult leader murdered the children and disposed of them on the husband/cult leaders land, where their remains were found. Lori Vallow Daybell was found incompetent to stand trial and is now in the nut hatch for the next 90 days, and it's probable that her stay will be extended indefinitely at her next hearing. If Chris genuinely believes in this merge shit, that may happen to him.
No way. Chris is too fucking up in his ass to be declared loony. He is very much sane. Wtfff.

Exactly. Chris only romanticized high school because of his sadly misguided belief that he had "friends" who enjoyed talking to him, which is why his life peaked back in his Manchester days.
Good fucking god how depressing. Dad paid off some girls in his class so they'd tolerate having this literal pants shitting retard in their presence and ever since he's looked back on that time with fond memories because it was the only time in his life any woman would stomach listening to his bullshit.

I get what you’re saying, but most people are in prison because they have poor impulse control and don’t always consider consequences.
Nah, most people are in prison because they got caught up in a fucked situation and did something stupid for the money to fix it, imo its usually bad luck and then a single bad choice.
Can’t you just hear him constantly whining or, as he previously described doing last time he was in jail, laying on his back and kicking the door while wailing like a retard? And not just for a day, but weeks, months?
Someone did that in my block when I was in jail waiting for trial on some dumb shit, his cell mate beat him up and forced him to call on the help box to say he was suicidal and needed to go to psych. I could very easily see someone doing that to him after a fairly short amount of time if it didn't look like he was stopping soon, and a guard probably isn't going to say much if someone does it either because COs aren't payed enough to listen to a grown adult throw tantrums.

Exactly what I think too. Unfortunate that he doesn't know that smiling in a mugshot is bad juju. I bet they'll use it against him if it comes up.
But the judge knows he is autistic, right? Or get r.etards the same treatment as 'normal' criminals? That's a serious question btw.

Usually retards do not get special privileges unless the state prison has one. I know there are some states that run seperate prison wards for Military veterans to keep them from joining gangs and almost every prison has a segregated unit for former police officers and feds as they're torn to pieces in gen pop. Chris's level of retardation might not earn enough attention to put him in a protection unit for vulnerable offenders. His shitty attitude will deter the average CO from plucking him out of danger and into a less violent unit.

Chris has gotten away with most of his shitty behavior in life because it's been free of consequences. Being in a place where his ass is gonna be beaten if he annoys people may teach him the true meaning of "kick the autistic" and help him learn to moderate his behavior. Even Chris can probably figure out not to have a manbaby temper tantrum on the floor after the second or third time it gets him a fist to the mouth by some other inmate who doesn't have time for his shit.

I don't know if this has been brought up, but they still do mandatory PE in jail, or prison? I would assume, Chris finally gets off his fat ass and starts working out forcefully. At least the jail system would do what his parents couldn't.

Or at least sane in the criminal sense.

I don't think Chris would end up in female jail/prison but we can rest assured that if he did, most women would be stronger than him. Nigga can barely curl a 12 pack of soda.(and that was before estrogen and like 15 years of playing pretend and neve rmoving)
He won't. Virginia law says that you have to have had the genital snip to get sent to girl prison. Otherwise, he's going to the bad jail, the man jail. Probably wont' be in Gen Pop though.

It's not mandatory. They let inmates out to the rec yard and weight cage at certain times of day but couldn't give a shit what you do while you're out there so long as it isn't drugs/assault/rape/murder/etc.

Bob was preparing them for a life of prostitution.

Chris is gonna be the prison's snitch. He craves for fast food and he might be willing to tell everything for McNuggets.
He is also incapable of dry-snitching, so there's minus 200% percent chance he doesn't get lock'n'socked.

In fact, it's likely there will be consequences even if you dry-snitch.

Don't snitch, Chris. If you're reading this on your contraband DS Internet.

doin' your mom and murder are 2 seperate things. You have to be retarded or naive if you think hes gonna serve more than a year anywhere. hell probs get probabtion

A good prison guard knows he has only two jobs: keeping prisoners there and keeping the prison out of the news. He doesn't get involved in arbitrating what people "deserve" or taking people's attitudes personally. Everyone in prison has a shitty attitude. If moving Chris around is going to keep the peace then it's what will happen.

The same defenses are available to defendants regardless of the seriousness of the charges.

Lori Vallow Daybell led family, friends, and police through a merry song-and-dance, hiding the location of her children and pretending they were still alive for months on end before their bodies were found. She was in jail for contempt of court for refusing to reveal their location at the time the bodies were found. Her behavior indicates she knew that killing them was wrong, and yet she sits in a mental facility, declared incompetent to stand trial. She's not off the hook by any means, and her cult leader/husband's trial is going ahead right on schedule. Apparently he's just bad but not mad.

Everyone assumes that Chris knows that fucking Barb was wrong because he tried to hide it from Null. I disagree. He knew that people wouldn't like it, and he knew it was embarrassing. Considering how he said it was making her better and likened it to mental stimulation that he undoubtedly learned about in the elder care class he took, I don't think he thinks it was wrong, only that there's a social stigma against it. And since decriminalization of incest is already part of the left-wing narrative, he probably thought anyone who was against it was probably a bigot, and THEY'RE the ones who are wrong, not him.

Nobody knows what Lori Vallow Daybell said to her shrink to make them think she's a nut bar, and nobody knows what Chris is going to say to his shrink either. We only know that an evaluation has been ordered. Sure, Chris has made it through these things before, but imho he's much crazier now than he's ever been. I don't think he'll get ngri, but I think it's premature to sweep incompetent to stand trial off the table.
