Well, think of it this way. Ciri is Geralts daughter and in W3 you play as Geralt and youre supposed to roleplay as him. So then even when hes not on screen which is like 2-3% of the game total youre still in that mindset. And in that mindset seeing Ciri having the sex would be all kinds of awkward.
Also i don"t buy this "she's sexualized alredy, why not go all the way" stuff, in W3 almost every whamen looks conventionaly fuckable and ciri is simply no exeption.

I wasn't talking about Ciri having sex, even I think that may be going too far, I'm talking about the sequence where she's in a sauna with two other topless women, but she's wearing a bandage.

In that context I don't think it would have been too much to show her topless, but I can see why they didn't.

I can personally recommend both Full Combat Rebalance and School of the Roach. The former is mostly vanilla-ish, but with Flash's usual tweaks and fixing of bugs and oversights, and School of the Roach is full-blown hard mode.

The people still whining about Cyberpunk 2077 not being "true cyberpunk" are the same ones who whined about The Last Night while forcing the "milkshake duck" meme in regards to Tim Soret, and broke their own minds to trick themselves into thinking "cyberpunk" started off as an explicitly far-left queer Marxist genre & was "co-opted" by capitalism. "B-B-B-BUT IT HAS PUNK IN THE NAME"

They need to convince themselves older stories in media like books and games, like vintage cyberpunk is actually totally radically far-left to its core because finding actual older media produced by actual far-leftists would require some effort and takes away from precious time spent online getting into stupid arguments and trying to win clout points by calling creators who do not think as they do racist CHUDS.

I couldn't have finished Witcher 1 if not for FCR. I started up the game a few times, but always dropped it at the same place - that fucking swamp with the fucking drowners that have infinite spawning straight out of Call of fucking Duty. The combat is tedious enough normally, but GOD DAMN, I was about ready to take a tylenol and slit my wrists. Soon as I heard there was a mod that disabled the infinite spawning I installed it straight away.

The balancing and bug fixes are cool too, I guess.

The "fps" footage from :22 to about 1:00 of that video look like we're watching some shit-tier tiddy streamer play COD. The person controlling the game is randomly jumping for absolutely no reason and consistently favors fighting from out in the open over using cover. Why would they use that as promo footage?

Most likely it's either CDPR's developers don't understand what constitutes decent FPS mechanics or they don't care about marketing to people who do. Best-case scenario is that this is an aberration where some 45-year-old woman in marketing decided to turn on godmode and record her own gameplay footage.

There are some games where jumping makes you harder to hit, it could be muscle memory from one of those.

The post spiderbot scenes are basically what we've seen already. He sends you on the Immortality Chip mission, after which Jackie dies and Dex betrays you. They showed that in that one trailer, nothing groundbreaking.

Honestly it's probably just demo footage done in god mode by someone who probably doesn't know much about how FPS or FPSRPGs should be played, like you said.

I really want japanese language options with english subtitles. Something about the delivery of the lines that V does in japanese that sounds so much better than gravelly Shepard 7.0 for the english male V.

I like V's english voice acting, but it ultimately comes down to a matter of taste, obviously. I dunno if CDPR would want to include multiple voice files for different languages, as that would bloat the overall size of the game. Maybe they could do it as an optional download? That might take up too much DLC-making time though.

There is no scenario where they won't have that option.
What interests me though is that some people would speak a different language regardless of your pick (there is a translation implant), so for an instance Tyger Claws will likely speak japanese at times.
So then is the game going to acknowledge that you're playing in japanese by default and can understand them just fine without translation?
Idk translation implant is probably going to be there by default but it would be cool if it wasn't.

Sorry if this has already been covered but is this true first person where you can see your body or does it do that thing where you're just a disembodied arm and a gun? I don't think anyone has looked down in any of the gameplay streams I've seen.

In the scenes where V is getting into the ice bath to deep dive into the web, you can see their full body.
