Yeah fuck it, wouldn't surprise me a bit to see CDPR take this game behind the wood shed and shoot it.

We all got shown clearly that this publisher/dev doesn't belong even in the same category as fucking Bethesda let alone sitting perched up as a shining example.
They staked their reputations on Cyberpunk and, consequently, they're deceptive sloppy polacks who place appeasement of transgendered banshees above a compelling title.

I don't know man the way some of the dialogue acts I think there was a lot more of act 1 such as decisions mattering in the heist cut.



Back in the early concept days the game was suppose to have classes such as Rockerboy, Solo, Nomad, Netrunner, and etc. Wish this was kept it. I love the cyberpunk tabletop's lore and etc but never got the chance to play cause no one I know plays tabletop rpgs.

edit: oh hey the judy romance video is back up. Also I just found out apparently Kerry and Johnny are in canon bisexual so since Kerry is the "Gay" romance in the game CDPR just straight up retconned that. Wtf CDPR? What's with the hate recently with the B in lgBt?

According to the dev there was tons of content that has either been censored or was cut from the game. Also some idiot destroyed the police pathfinding script.

A great example would be Yosuke having romance lines in Persona 4, even in the English release, despite the fact that as far as we know he was never intended to be romanceable.

To be honest I'm not buying CDPR's excuse. They simply lied too much for me to believe them any more. Once again, developers pay for voice actors to come in and say lines that they don't actually intend to be in the game all the time.

Small correction but I think the "ghost" on the chip was supposed to be based off the childhood hero question during the character creator shown off in the 2018 demo. The choices were Morgan Blackhand, Johnny Silverhand, and Saburo Arasaka. Honestly surprised they cut Blackhand cause that character is sort of Mike Pondsmith's self insert/favorite character. He tested the original pnp game with Blackhand.

I'd expect Pondsmith's OC Donutsteel to return in a DLC IMO, maybe as part of the whole Mr. Blue Eyes/Night Corp conspiracy that's being hinted at.

The original leak is from 4chan where everyone laughed at either the OP for larping, CDPR, at each other, or at Boogie. Because I'm a trusting dumbass I'm incline to believe this dude because this dropped right around the time refunds were issued on 4chan. CDPR in their emergency shareholder call also described the A.I. issues as bugs same as here.

Soy has a valid to be pissed. CDPR tried to pull a fast one with the refunds and make the publisher give up their share of the profits.

CDPR reps already doing damage control regarding modders finding unused voice lines for the romances. Apparently it exists because CDPR are fucking cheap and wanted to squeeze out all the VO in one go only later to cut 50k lines. Would explain why people respond to you in the same tone regardless if you're male, female, romanced, or non-romanced. cheap slavs.

Honestly I do feel there is some grain of truth in the rumors, but that the silence/denial is from CDPR currently assessing their possible ways forward, seeing how much can be salvaged/repaired depending on available resources, and avoiding making any promises they can't fulfill. Like what others are saying they might simply not have enough resources to dedicate toward turning this into a No Man's Sky.

That being said, they could always put this out the merciful way, and release some decent mod tools so that the community can fix this game for them. After all, there are still modders literally modding Watch_Dogs to look more like the original trailers (which like most Ubigames, is already hard to mod), just because the original idea was so captivating to them.

Hmm, not sure it's only to pander to danger hairs/troons, since Panam and River are very 'cis' romances. If they wanted to pander to danger hairs, the gays would have access to all romances while normies get stuck with Panam and River.

This could just be a product of meddling from higher up for their 'vision' (just like the Keanu rewrite rumors). I wonder if there was any voicework for any of the international localizations? That would indicate how far in the dev process along the changes were made.

I guess the silver lining in this is that it does make restoring some of the cut romances easier, since those are the sorts of things modders seem to autistically gravitate towards.

This reminds me of Mass Effect where they had the lines recorded for male/male romance, but when it came to Garrus the only line was Male Shep saying "I'm not going to have Sex with Garrus" or something.

And yeah, for the longest time the complaint from gays was that romance options weren't all playersexual to include everyone. This whole "respect the sexuality" of data and code is relatively new resetera/dangerhair woke shit I'm pretty sure.

DA2 and FO4 are often brought up and heavily criticized for making everyone bi in those games. I've also been seeing bisexuals get hate from within the LGBT alphabet soup because they see bis as fence sitters.

So yeah don't think the left supports bisexual romances cause the times have changed and they know they can get their way now.

My friend is gay and is pissed at River. Apparently River responds to male v's the same he would a female v so my friend feels lead on and said the only thing that got River to tell his V not to touch his no no square was the kiss which River will shut down. Also seeing lesbians complaining about the same thing with Panam. NPCs seem to give V the same tone regardless of gender.

So yeah I think they should have went bisexual/playersexual myself if the files are still there cause honestly the choices with the gender locks is limited af. Also I'm seeing non straight people becoming frustrated at this and even more so knowing the lines are there. I would love for them to patch this back in but then you get the sjws and the media flaming them so I think they'll either patch the files out or let modders do their thing. There's no win for CDPR at this point for this.

I luckily beat the game before the bugs got REALLY bad, and was taken in by the story, the set design, the themes, the overall message of the game, everything. Then they released more and more patches and the game just kept getting worse.

I genuinely think there's a great game under all this bullshit, a lot like No Man's Sky. Only NMS was able to redeem itself because it was an indie game that just happened to get big; Cyberpunk is a triple A title from a very reputed studio and that may make it take longer for this to truly become great.

Because I genuinely loved all 32 hours of the game I played. I luckily beat the game before the bugs got REALLY bad, and was taken in by the story, the set design, the themes, the overall message of the game, everything. I genuinely think there's a great game under all this bullshit, a lot like No Man's Sky. Only NMS was able to redeem itself because it was an indie game that just happened to get big; Cyberpunk is a triple A title from a very reputed studio and that may make it take longer for this to truly become great.

I completely agree man. I've been enjoying my time with the game overall but hearing and finding out more and more what was cut or not working properly is a bit disheartening. Though I'm enjoying my new playthrough I'm finding bits of stuff I miss such Anna Hamill's story. She is the rogue cop Regina tasks you with getting to drop her investigation. If you talk her out of it and she goes onto be a vigilante and ends up getting killed in a shoot out. There is ton of that stuff buried. Also trying out a new tech solo themed build and I just one shotted a Psycho lol.

There's good shooting mechanics and that's about it as far as the game goes. Cyberpunk wants to be a movie and will constantly remind you of that every chance it gets. The final mission is maybe 20 minutes action in at least 90 minutes of people talking at you.

And the story is the same story as Saints row 3. There isn't a main story, there are missions to introduce you to side mission content with 1 or 2 unique experiences thrown in between that.

Cyberpunk is a game that forces you to make it fun. You can have a good time with it but it's like trying to eat soup using chop sticks.
