Depends. Homeless is a really bad indicator for failure to appear. Not getting released is also correlated with increased sentences. Still I wouldn't read too much into whatever happens. From the fact they're paying "friendly visits" to his "managers," I think they've figured out he's basically a retard being used by others.
I don't see them being real hard chargers under the circumstances. Hell you can tell he's not all there just looking at him.
The wild cards are really the White House threat and threatening a federal agent. They really don't like either of those things.
It would be a hoot if they went after the redditors harder than Larson himself.

When they're trying to interview Daniel over all this new arrest shit and figure out what the fuck is going on with himself and this huge cult fanbase of Zoomers harassing/persuading him, they'll instantly realize he's clearly not in touch with reality and severely mentally ill when he's rambling about being a celebrity and about Grace Vanderwaal and all this other crazy out-of-touch stuff.
I think the dude's pretty much fucked, it doesn't matter what happens to him. In this situation they'll most likely try getting him mental health treatment but he's at a stage where I don't know how much he can be helped, he's way too far gone. Him being public on social media and gaining this whole community documenting his actions and constantly fucking around him sent him down a severe downward spiral where I don't think it'll be easy for him to ever come back from.
Over time he was getting more and more bold in public, disrupting the public and generally being a total fucking menace to any store/business he walked into, and of course this is far from a new thing. But watching clips of his more recent "incidents" like Panera Bread or Olive Garden, particular the ladder, really revealed how far his mental wellbeing declined and how willing he was to be antagonistic to innocent people.
Him wandering into an Olive Garden expecting to meet up with Grace and like eight other family members, receiving fake pictures from trolls, having a full mental breakdown and walking up to a group of minor hostesses yelling "IM HAVING ALL OF YOU ARRESTED AND THE FBI IS OUTSIDE." then proceeding to pull the fire alarm after the cops were called on him. Consider being a regular, well-adjusted person working a regular job and dealing with that shit.
The Panera Bread incident as well was pretty fucked up, considering all of that started from him being harassed by zoomer TikTok faggots, then he proceeded to walk into the establishment all fucking crazy and when confronted, he starts accusing the managers of assault then repetitively punching himself in the face until he's bleeding, while shrieking loudly. Pretty much everyone thought he was an unhinged junkie and even the cop who confronted him was like "what drugs have you taken?"
To people who aren't terminally online with TikTok, Daniel would be a very uncomfortable and off-putting individual to see in person. They'd most likely assume he's on meth/coke, and while he's clearly delusional/schizo, his creepy dishevelled appearance and volatile/unpredictable behaviour would make everybody in his proximity terrified.
Honestly, I really doubt he'll get punished as much as people expect him to considering the way he is, but on the other hand, whatever trajectory lies ahead, he's still fucked..

Sadly, being a convicted felon is going to make it harder for Daniel to get certain types of public assistance. Which is unfortunate because he really needs i; he'll never be independently functional.

Every time he has received public assistance he has spat it back out. He has ruined so many caretakers lives and damaged house property that the best thing now is the best thing for society: dope him up with 200 mg of Latuda, Lamictal, and Abilify and toss him into a padded room. Maybe he gets a group therapy session with all the others once a month.

I Think if he just stayed on his meds and had honest tard wranglers (or even a single family member that cared) there's a *chance* he could have lived a calm life in a group home, but he would have to be so pilled out he would basically be a zombie. In the earlier tiktoks he was obviously medicated, he always acted spaced out and happy about nothing but eventually he quit taking any meds and went apeshit.

This is true. But it's not the "get out of jail" card some may assume. "Not in Touch with Reality" becomes an issue when the Sperg is phoning in bomb threats and death threats of Federal Officials and locations.
