It's kind of a big problem that the people who need these facilities the most often have such severe behavioral issues they can't manage not to get thrown out of them. So I'm not exactly sure. Such facilities exist but not enough of them to house all the violent tards.

Those are two entirely different issues. Competence to stand trial is in the present. An insanity plea is at the time of the crime. You can pass both tests, pass one and fail the other, or fail both.

He's not getting 65 years. His crime wasn't just the product of mental illness but actively provoked by creeps. They'll take that into account. His best outcome is likely to be something like a high supervision mental facility to see if they can get his brains back between his ears to the point he can behave well enough to get into a more tolerant group home.

The next best is a term of incarceration.

The worst is just being released without supervision.

Alright, so I just finished Flex's new YouTube video. Some thoughts:

-Whoever is narrating it sounds like a knockoff Turkey Tom
-Video wasn't horrible and actually seemed like the least cash-grabby video yet with some interesting stuff

In case you don't want to waste 30 minutes of your time it contains:
-Unseen Instagram chats of Daniel asking a 10 year old to meet him at a park
-Clark talking to Breanna's like 10 year old brother (weird but not suprised)
-Daniel was on the children's app "Yubo" in 2019
-Flex claiming that the police ignored tips of Daniel's messages to minors
-Unseen texts of Daniel talking to his mom, dad, and Bob with Daniel's mother saying that he beat her and Nancy everyday
-Flex giving his reasoning as to why he believes Travis abused Daniel and not Lisa
-Daniel's reminders app full of weird shit about Grace/Darcy Lynne/etc.
-Daniel was apparently on the dating app "Zoosk"

Not amazing but not total dogshit like I was expecting.

Yup that's pretty much the main stuff. I will say I found the screenshots of Daniel on Instagram pretty insane. Would've been nice if those screenshots came out like half a decade ago though.

Yeah honestly your probably right. It's been so long I kind of forgot about the whole "Weens hunting him down in the streets and dumping water on him in freezing temperatures" thing or about how quickly he was aging out there. They just need to give Mr. President a phone and I would be happy. I miss him.
 
Watching some of his past freakouts and Daniel is 100% a pedo and needs to be fucking put in an asylum or some kind of place where he can be sedated or put on meds. The fact at only 72 IQ he is competent to stand trial is crazy as fuck I know the feds want to book him but shit. Either way he does not need to be out on the streets. They need to reopen asylums like yesterday I feel that would solve so many issues with mentally ill people wandering the streets.

Reopening asylums would probably kill this site better than the tranny campaigns...
 
Time served with strict release conditions and placed in a care home or mental hospital with no social media access is my guess unless bob takes custody of him.


If they just put him on the street with a smart phone he will be back in custody very quickly
