Sorry, if this slightly derails the thread, but it's funny how this guy was competent enough to stand trial yet the dindu muffin who murdered the Ukraine girl on the subway wasn't "competent enough" to stand trial for his murder and was thus let off, and that guy is clearly more of threat to society than Daniel Larson is, not that Larson doesn't deserve to be put in a box himself of course, because he clearly does, for his own good.

He should be in the looney bin because he can't take care of himself. Not in prison for non-actionable threats because enough people a-logged him to talk about bombs and arson.

Being deemed mentally incompetent doesn't mean he gets 'let off''. Indeed, Daniel was first found incompetent, and has been held in a psychiatric facility since then until now, when he's been re-evaluated and deemed competent for trial. It should be a similar process for the murdernog, notwithstanding the fact he's also been charged federally and he's only been deemed incompetent for the state trial. He's not going free.
