I have been trying to find anything regarding case filing on the discrimination lolsuit against Lyft but I can't come up with anything being a credible source for this information spreading around. People have been saying since February that she lost the case entirely, even as recent as a few hours ago. Not really sure what's going on with that.

I am not sure if that’s her, and it doesn’t seem to show civil motions, just criminal, even though it says civil. , Unfortunately, they don’t all seem to be connected.

I’d do a search on her lawyer rather than her unless you have better details than I do. And if she’s suing Lyft its possible it’s filed in CA-his license should tell you where his practice area is.

I don’t think they have a case though. Maybe they thought they’d get a settlement but Lyft just said fuck off, take us to court and she doesn’t have the cash to continue.

I mentioned earlier iit that I had a Lyft driver roughly her size a few years back. I have no idea how he got himself into the car in the first place. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Dank simply outgrew her car. As for traffic violations, that isn't surprising, either. My driver couldn't even turn to look out the rear passenger window. For someone her size, everything past the front driver and passenger windows is a blind spot.

Yeah. As far as I can find, she hasn't filed anything nor have her lawyers. I've looked for a bit lol.
I'm not sure where all the posts saying "she filed!" and "she lost!" have come from; this seems to just be complete misinformation.
